Be aware! Don't purchase anything from this place, they will not replace it if it's damaged. I purchased a couch and loveseat in September, the cushions of the couch kept coming out everytime you sat down since the beginning. I didn't complain until the springs of the couch were damaged, every time I sat down the couch would sink in. I called the store multiple times to have it serviced for repair. The first attempt, they must have put a piece of plywood in the middle of the couch. The couch is hard and uncomfortable. The second time, they said they were replacing the springs. It still did not fix the cushion problem & the couch is still hard and uneven. I called Sunday and spoke with someone who wouldn't give his name or the managers name and then got hung up on. I called today to see what they are going to do and the man I spoke to multiple times (and acts like he's never heard from me before) said he's not replacing it, that it's fixed. He also said if I want, I can take him to court. So my one year warranty doesn't cover a damaged broken couch? I had to reach out to Ashley Furniture store to put in a claim, this place is a complete joke. Their customer service is horrible, they do not want to take care of their customer at all! They don't follow up with you or return your phone calls, they also let the phone ring when they know it's me calling. All I want is a replacement item, not a refund. I was going to purchase more furniture from them, not now!!!! Horrible...

OVERALL REVIEW: Company lacks communication, unprofessional, and do not respect the time slots of delivery. Story down below.

I ordered a dresser in person and was told I was going to get it delivered in 2 days, morning time. I received a call the day before it was scheduled to be delivered and they said it needed to be for 2 days AFTER the originally scheduled delivery day because the company didn't deliver the furniture. Fine. I was told I will receive it between 10 and 12pm on the new day. On the new delivery day I called at 11:45am because I had not received a call and my dresser was still not delivered. Katherine tells me they had to refuse an item because it was the wrong color and that they will get it in the afternoon and my dresser will be delivered by 4-5pm. Again, I called at 4:45pm because I didn't have the dresser. Long story short she told me by 6pm I'd receive it, they were waiting for the truck. my dresser got delivered at 6:45PM!! With a broken mirror and now I have to wait for them to deliver a new mirror since it came broken. Do not do business with...

Bought furniture 2 dressers and 2 night stand, the delivery was extremely late supposedly they had to order the furniture. Months later I get the furniture, a decorating piece to the furniture was missing I immediately told the guys delivering, they couldn't find it. He said he was going to report it and that the piece can be replaced. I called the nect day then after so many times to no avail everyone there avoids answering me, where is the piece??. I spent cash and can't get a minor replacement I've looked on line unfortunately that particular piece can't be found. I would never go back their, nor will my family and friends whom I've referred because at one point and time they were honest people, boy how things can change. Quick to take money but can't provide good helping customer service. The lady has horrible...
