Better Gourmet Health Kitchen — Restaurant in New York

I ordered the China bowl through Grubhub. It's chicken and broccoli. I chose brown rice as a side. I asked to sub the broccoli for vegetable medley. I received chicken and brocc. With vegetable medley. No rice. I called and was told I never chose I side and didn't order rice and they don't alter my choices because the order goes in digitally. Yes except it doesn't let u continue without choosing one. ( it says in red required) she then says I chose vegetable medley as my side and also subbed brocc for it. Ok well then how come I don't have 2 veggie medleys?? I still have one brocc and one veggie medley so it's still wrong. She accepted no responsibility whatsoever. Also I tried the chicken and it's bad. Terribly bad. I've ordered here so many times for years and it was never this bad. U cannot even chew it. It's hard as a rock and not cooked at all and I gagged at the taste. I just spent $25 on this meal. Where is my reimbursement as a customer for years??? They take no accountability for this. I began to cook the rice myself defeating the whole purpose of ordering and ended up tossing it to garbage because this chicken...

Delicious bison burger with fresh lettuce and tomatoes on a whole wheat pita,a i added cheddar and siracha ketchup and it was perfect! Hit the spot very lean and I don't feel guilty for having a burger, I also want to say the customer service was very nice ,the manager and driver from the victory location,called me because I made a mistake and ordered at the wrong location,the girl I spoke to was very nice and professional and the driver as well! They took care of it in no time called the right location with my order and I got it in 15 mins! Very impressed! This makes me want to order...

i order food on uber eats took over a hour for my order to come, driver arrives with my order and it’s wrong they gave me someone else’s order, i called better up and they said there’s nothing they can do there not gonna lose money and send another order out, or send there driver it’s to far… Even tho there 100% wrong on top of me waiting a hour for my lunch and it comes wrong and now to argue with uber eats to get my refund instead of better making it rite and fixing the issue, so unprofessional and no business matters btw i order four times a week through all stores and i got...
