I don't ever write a review but honestly was so disappointed that this could happen to anyone and for that reason I felt I had to post a review. I took my daughter here with 6 of her friends all ages 5. What this place advertises is completely false. First they called this a makeover with sassy flip flops, pink lemonade, pretzels, pedicure and manicure. We arrived and were not even greeted. About 10 minutes later 2 young girls that were not older than 18 years old. They gave us a box for the girls to choose flip flops from. Number one these flips flops were dirty, and the sizes were for adult women not children. They did not speak to any of us or address the fact that the flip flops did not fit any of our kids. They went on to call the girls for a manicure which consisted of just plain old polish on their nails (horrible paint job). Same with the pedicure they were just called over to have them painted in no order right by the floor. They were not sitting in any fancy chairs to have their feet done and there was no water which that is not a pedicure!! They need to call it for what it is which is polish on nails and feet! The pink lemonade tasted like pink water and they seriously were given a bowl of a bag of pretzels you buy at the store nothing fancy about these pretzels. To top this all off.....they were setting up for a birthday party in the back as we were there paying $45 per child and not attending us as should be. They took our reservation and then ask us in 20 minutes if we can please leave because the party was arriving. The other party had already begun to arrive so they asked us to please leave again as we were gathering our things then they asked to please Venmo the payment!!! Again we were there for 20 minutes polished the girls nails and feet....they sat them down with a q-tip to apply horrible eye shadow on their eyes and off we went. This is the worst experience I have ever had!!! I am in disbelief that someone is running an establishment as such and treat people the way we were treated and provided that kind of service. Again this was not what is advertised! There was nothing Classy about this 20 minute reservation for $45!!! Please save your money and take your girls to other places that do a great job...and its not runned by a bunch of teenage girls. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! I don't ever write reviews like I said before but this had to be said! I had to give it a star because it wouldnt let me...

I want to share a disappointing experience I had at my grandson's birthday party at Kidz Lounge located at 17 Maplewood Place, Staten Island, NY 10306 on Saturday, September 14, 2024. While the event initially went well things took an unfortunate turn when the owner, Ron, came in and confiscated an uneaten pizza pie that my daughter had set aside for latecomers. This action was taken without prior communication or permission from us.

When the hostess contacted Ron to inquire about the pizza pie, he claimed it was "complementary," but this was never communicated to us during the event. My daughter had paid for the "Moving Groovin" package for $875.00, which included the pizza. She immediately called Ron to ask about what he had done with the pizza, and he stated that it was complimentary and had been thrown away, adding that it was "no big deal.

My daughter reminded him that the pizza was part of the package she had paid for, but instead of addressing the situation professionally, Ron was rude and continued to repeat his claim.

I am writing to warn future customers about this behavior. It appears that Ron may have a habit of taking uneaten food without asking, so I strongly encourage you to keep an eye out on your food during events at Kidz Lounge to avoid similar issues. The way this was handled made us suspect that the pizza might have been taken for personal reasons, which only added to our frustration.

Please be cautious and ensure clear communication with the staff if you plan to host a party there. It's truly a shame that such an experience marred what should have been a joyful...

My daughter had her 4th birthday here! We went to another party and instantly booked as soon as we left..they take care of everything and are super nice! Everything runs very smoothly and parents don’t have to do a thing! They play with them and interact the girls take care of everything! The owner is also so sweet and caring. He makes sure that everything is set up just how you want it..he also through in complimentary items without me having to ask! The girls did manicure pedicure and makeup if they wanted..the boys played the video games and they all joined in for the dance party and games! It was great all around! I...
