DON’T GO UNLESS YOY WANT TO WAIT 2 HOURS!!!! went in this place with my family at 6:45 placed an order and was told to wait 15-20 minutes. We went upstairs to wait where the time reached 30 minutes I went down to check on the food , the girl on the register said I’m sorry we’re only 1 chef today he only has 1 sandwich ready from the order I told her 1 ??? What about the rest of the food she said another 10-15 minutes. So I went back up to wait again then came down after 15 min just for her to tell me I have fries and sandwich ready if you want those? It was frustrating! I said no I want the whole order. I swear to God it reached 8:02 and we were still waiting for food with my kids being frustrated and hungry!!! I got annoyed and said come on she brought an order out for me and told me we’re working on the fried chicken I’ll bring that up. Took the food up and Ofcourse it’s cold!!! Missing an order of fries and wrong order of tenders!!!! I ordered chicken tenders she gave me the bites ! When I went back down to ask her where’s my tenders she said she inputted bites!!! I said idc I need tenders and I’m not paying for it! Horrible horrible experience! I went up to eat my rice bowl order and it was cold! Unfortunately it was a bad experience and when my daughter got her fried chicken pieces it wasn’t even fully cooked inside! As we were leaving the girl said the manager is on the phone and wanted to speak with me but at that point there’s nothing else to say and I didn’t want to be in there for another second! I wouldn’t recommend, even while I was there people where there waiting! They proceeded everyone’s order and left us to wait! Hire more workers and cook ur food properly! This is how you...

This joint is a real gem of Staten Island (and NYC broadly speaking) if there ever was one worthy of mentioning.

As a first-time (but definitely not last-time!) customer who yesterday patronized this establishment and after hearing of their trials and tribulations after recently taking over from the previous ownership, I felt particularly compelled as a long-time local to post this review in order to help set things straight since the new team here has been really going out of their way to make this restaurant a worthwhile destination that inspires customers to keep coming back again and again with enthusiasm.

Talk about a fantastic surprise in terms of not just the overall vibe of the storefront but also the above-and-beyond disposition of the staff. The only thing that rivals coziness of this place is the legit top-tier quality of the selection of menu items, especially their "Bang Bang" chicken sandwich which I couldn't recommend highly enough and can only say it's something you have to experience firsthand in order to really "get it."

Despite my clear endorsement here, I suggest not taking my word for it and seeing as well as eating for yourself one of their many delicious menu items. Your taste buds will thank you and unlike some of the nearby competitors, 'ChickNGo' will seriously treat you to a meal that isn't just a cheap money-grab....

Amazing food, had me so shocked the moment i tried their chicken. I ordered the Boom Boom rice bowl and it was absolutely delicious.

The owner is extremely kind, loves engaging in conversation. My friend and I had a very nice talk with him while eating and it was great. He’s very honest and told us a lot about his business and he’s a very respectable person.

THIS IS A SLEEPER SPOT!! IN A YEAR ITS GOING TO BE THE MOST POPULAR FRIED CHICKEN PLACE IN ALL OF STATEN ISLAND!!!!!

The way they source their meals is hygienic, healthy, and ethical. Truly an inspiration how committed the owner is to staying true to his beliefs and I will definitely be coming here as much as I possibly can!!

Upstairs there is a really nice dine in area, would highly recommend dining in and staying there it’s a really nice and inviting atmosphere.

The cashier was also very nice, took our order with a smile on her face and even made conversation. Very nice to speak with the staff.
