I visited your restaurant yesterday and ordered two all-day combos (sesame chicken and General Tso's chicken), shrimp fried wontons, a side of mixed vegetables (sauce on the side), and a seltzer. The total came to $66, which was much higher than expected. After reviewing the receipt, I noticed that the shrimp wonton appetizer was $14.95, and I was charged an additional $1.50 for each extra sauce. I also upgraded my combos to chicken fried rice and vegetable fried rice instead of pork.
Unfortunately, the food was inedible. The chicken tasted like it was fried in old oil, and some pieces, although white, tasted like old meat. I’ve eaten here once before and had a decent experience, which is why I returned. However, this time my family refused to eat the food and even asked me to get a refund, which I might consider doing.
The only positive aspect of my visit was the friendly service from the woman who took my order. I’m sharing this feedback in the hope that it will lead to improvements, as I’m now reconsidering whether to return or leave a review to...
Read moreI came here because I just tooked a break doing UE deliveries and decide to go to a chincese place.
When I ordered the Chow Main Shrimp and a tea, pay and wait patiently. When the girl at the front desk gaved me or receive the plate, for my surprise that looks like something else. For me it does looks like lobster sauce or something, plate looks slammy/sloppy and not apetizing and they didnt gaved me the tea that I request it.
I went back to the girl and explain what kind of food is this one? She reply and told me that I maybe was thinking “Lo Main” and not Chow Main.
But didnt offer an exception of exchange the correct plate.
In addition to this the rice felt uncooked!
Ive been 30 years in Staten Island and have ate chinese all my life.
I dont know what kind of service is this but for sure I wont comeback!
This is a restaurant with poor quality overall.

Read moreThis restaurant has excellent food with some creative choices that keep me ordering. We really only do takeout from here. The atmosphere inside is not conducive to a quiet lingered over meal. It’s more like a cafeteria, mostly used for takeout or a quick stop when you’re out and about. I’m only rating them on food.
They have Vietnamese, Thai and my old fave Chinese food. When I ask for spicy it’s 🌶! When I say no onions no garlic I know I’m safe and they’ll still make it delicious. Their panang curry is so delish! Also the drunken noodles and chow fun and sautéed udon noodles. My husband loves their spare ribs and shrimp with veggies. It’s my second favorite place for takeout, and that’s only because they...
