I ordered through the Burger King app, and when I received my order, two of my drinks were missing. I followed the normal procedures, reported the items missing and then received an email informing me that I could receive a $5 credit for it. For one, that didn’t amount to the value of the missing items and two, I did not want to reorder anytime soon; I wanted my refund of my money. I politely informed them that I wanted to receive my refund as I wasn’t interested in a credit and Customer Service proceeded to offer me a $10 credit instead. When I asked why I couldn’t receive a refund, Customer Service couldn’t give me a substantial reasoning. So basically what I was being told, was that I was going to have to take the credit and strong-arm me into yet ANOTHER purchase, which is not what I wanted to do. On top of the fact that this was the negligence of THEIR employees! A million to billion dollar company and they refuse to refund you around $10 of your hard earned money. It may just be $10, but you don’t know what people are going through to tell them they can’t get their money back. Not only that, when I asked for a more in depth reasoning as to why, I never received a response, let alone the credit. I’ve been a patron of this Burger King my whole life, but as of now I won’t be, nor at any other Burger King establishment, and I’ll be sure to inform others to not participate in eating with the company either. This was unacceptable, unprofessional, and disgusting. Read moreThis place is horrible. First we place our order, the employee Karina takes our order correctly but she keeps getting it wrong because she's to busy talking to her co-worker. It took 5 tries for her to get our drinks correct even thou she put it correctly on the receipt. While preparing our order she's getting the fries and tells another employee to get her the medium cartons. He's to busy in the kitchen on his cell phone and ignores her, so she yells out his name Fabian he still ignores her because he's on his phone, she picks up a Fry Carton and throws it at him, that's when he looks up. These are the employees that actually handle our food throwing things where the food is being prepared and just playing around the food, God knows what they do around the food when no ones around looking if this is how they act when people are around, they're not taking their job serious. When Karina finally puts our food in a bag she is still to busy talking to the other employee and not paying attention that we were still missing an item in our order. Finally when I get to tell about missing item she actually makes a face like we're in the wrong. The tables were not properly clean, garbage cans so full you could barely dispose of our garbage. The food was horrible, the fries were cold I guess from the goofing around, for some reason the whoppers were real salty. I have been eating in BK and fast foods all my life and never have I had salty burgers. I would never ever step in this burger king again. I order food and after I ordered my food I had to go to the restroom, I went to the manager at the front register and said my you open the bathroom door please and he said did you order already I said yes I ordered my food I finished it and threw it in the garbage. The manager didn't say a word I waited 20-25 mins and than I said sir I'm still waiting he said were is your receipt I said I threw it out in that garbage he said well go in the garbage and get it out I said you can look at the screen and see my order he said no go get the receipt out the garbage. After I got the receipt and made a whole big deal he let me use the restroom.
