First of all, when i got online to order a Quesadilla, before anytbing i asked if they can cut it because I myself work at a Chipotle and we are allowed to cut quesdaillas. When they asked what meat i wanted, i suggested more than one meat, which is allowed, you are just charged the more expensive meat. The person that told me this, was the manager. She had a very nasty attitude. The enoviorment and atomosphere was not welcoming, what so ever. Dont let them fool you. Now, thwy finally charged me. And i told the cashier if they can cut it for me before giving jt to me. And she said no they werent allowed. Meanwhile before ordering that was the inital question I asked and then was told otherwise. Then i asked the cashier if it was just at that Chipotle that they arejt allowed to cut it, and she said no it aas universal, and I said that was interesting because i work at a Chipotle and we are allowed to cut the quesdadillas. So then i asked her for the managers name and she said her name was Kiara. And Kiara responded why did i want her name and i said for a review. Now i do not plan to leave it just as a review, i plan on continuing with a complaint with the owner of Chipotle because i do understand they just opened but they should be able to take criticism and improve not snapback at the customer. Later on when i told her i was going to write a review she decided to cut the quesadilla because i said the thibg about the review. As it shouldnt be. Read moreI had an absolute terrible experience with the employee in charge of pick up orders. She’s rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. I showed her my order confirmation to pick up my order she couldn’t find it so she proceeds to say it wasn’t there and If I was sure I paid for my order and if I was in the right place? I told her yes show her the address on my confirmation order I’m like isn’t this the address to this chipotle? And she says yes so why question me like I’m the one wrong. My order confirmation had the pick up time, address, my order and how much I paid. She proceeds to yell at me and get in my face and say I’m not in the system so she can’t help me and that I was wrong. I’m confused about how is that possible when I have proof receipts in the chipotle app and even a time for pickup. Then she proceeds to continue to yell at me about my order not being there so and i had to leave. Finally another employee comes and is able to get my order that was there this whole time!!! the rude employee just didn’t look correctly but It didn’t matter because they still proceeded to give me the WRONG ORDER. Read moreI come here about two times a week every week. I order the same exact thing coming out to over $20 a bowl. I always ask for a water cup I never have an issue. Today ”Julian” said that chipotle has discontinued their water cups. In the past he has told me that they do not have any more water cups. I do not know why he thinks that he can pick and choose who gets a water cup. This is very annoying because we are allowed to get water at no charge. Just because people get soda etc doesn’t mean everyone does that and the staff cannot dictate who does or doesn’t get the cup. Let the company decide what to do about people abusing the soda fountain not you Julian. Extremely unprofessional and shady. Watch your receipts carefully because I wouldn’t put it past him to overcharge you. Will definitely reach out to store manager to complain about his behavior. When asked for his manager he lied about name and not being there and then he continued to say that the water cups will be discontinued lol. Absolutely mind blowing encounter.
