On November 2, my boyfriend and I went to this location. The card reader froze and charged him twice causing the register to freeze. Because of this our order was never placed however, his card was charged twice for a meal we never received. When he spoke to the manager that day he was told it was pending and there was nothing that Burger King could do because they cannot cancel orders. We sat in that location for about twenty minutes trying to resolve the issue while the manager insisted that the money had not been taken because it was pending. That was the first lie of many. The following day the double payment went through and those funds were removed from my boyfriend's account. On Wednesday, November 7, we returned to the location to speak with the manager again. He still insisted that the money had not been taken from the account. Even though my boyfriend was showing him that the transaction was no longer pending, the manager dismissed what he was saying and continued to claim that Burger King did not receive money from that transaction. He even claimed that the system in the store was still down, though he was taking orders from other customers during this interaction. He told my boyfriend that he had to bring a bank statement because the app that displays transactions on his card is not a valid form of proof. When I explained that it was a prepaid reloadable card with no bank involved he continued to be dismissive and tell me that we needed to bring him a bank statement. When I asked if we could call corporate in order to bypass dealing with him any further, he told me no. There was no way that we could contact corporate on our own and that we had to go through him. We left the location and called corporate and were told that his statements were false. He lied. It is now November 21, the money has not been refunded and we have made three separate calls to corporate. Each time, the representative is surprised that this has not been resolved and all three have said that this manager lied. He was obviously hoping that we would just let it go, however, that will not happen. This location stole money from a customer at this point. Read more5 Stars 🌟Amazing customer service I ordered through Burger King website, I was a little bit skeptical about it since most of the time I order through a thirt party or walk-in. I decided to do it; I order 4 Cheeseburgers, 10 pieces chicken tender, 5 medium French fries, 1 medium Onion Rings with zesty sauce and 4 small Soft sorf after I placed an order like almost 30 min pass and my phone ran I didn't recognized the number and I answered and for my surprise it was the manager from Burger King to inform me that the ice cream machine wasn't working and they didn't have Onion Rings but she can offer me 4 Hershey's pies and instead of the Onion rings another Fries and of course I was pleased with her called. I ask her if can get refunded she answered "no" if I want to get a refund I have to call directly to BK customer service; I was like let take her offer ( at first I misunderstood, I thought you was offering me Apple pies and I told her we don't eat apple pies, can we get Hershey's pies instead and she was yes that what I said before lol). I also asked for Milkshake and she said it is the same machine. I Asked a family member to place the order for me and send me the order number. The order was supposed to be two large Whopper Meals with cheese, extra pickle, extra lettuce, a Dr. Pepper, and a Coca Cola, no ice. She repeated my meal and so I figured she would give me what I ordered. To Be clear, Large fries and large soda with each meal. When I got home, to my surprise, I had two whopper juniors with cheese with a slimy sliver of the smallest tomato, barely any lettuce, with no extra pickles. So I received two large sodas and two large fries, one of the large fries had tater tots in the fries. My son was disappointed, but hungry, so he ate his and said the Burger was slimy, same as mines. I couldn't get it down. Both of the sodas were flat...EVEN WITHOUT ICE. It all went to waste because the food was disgusting.
