Burger King — Restaurant in New York

Omg, this is terrible. I have been a loyal customer of this location for so many years. Tonight, we happened to break down at their parking lot. After a while in the car, while they were trying to repair it, my elderly mom started having to use the toilet really badly. She has bladder issues. They are down as closing at 11pm, but locked the doors at 10pm. I called and asked them if they could let my mom use the restroom and they said no. My mom can't walk well, either, so I then called back, let them know she is about 70 years old and literally BEGGED them to just let her use it. 5 minutes, that's all! They refused again. After a third call, they said they would allow her in. We waited until my mom couldn't stand anymore. They stood in there watching us and ignoring us. It took one breakdown to show us how heartless this establishment really is. Sending this to corporate and my local news channel as well. Absolutely deplorable and everyone should know it. This was on March 23, 2019. It is 10:25pm. Check your staff! The manager...

I Remember as a teenager growing up in the 70s, I wasn't allowed to eat much junk food. So the first time I ate anything remotely fast food was when I was 14. My first experience was at burger king, when they were located at 86th & 3rd ave., if I remember correctly. Their burgers were better than micky-dees, except of course their big mac. Last evening I bought a king fish from bk, because I couldn't walk another block. I was really tired. McDonald's has the best fish filets . I bought 2 fish sandwiches from the former. They were the worst I've ever eaten. The edges were hard, and so were parts of the bun. If this is the quality of this particular sandwich they should take it off the market, until it's improved.

I cannot speak on other locations inside or outside NYC, but if you want a halfway decent fish sandwich...go to McDonald's. Better quality, much...

Sorry this is my new review to this burger king I was given a Texas whopper that I asked specifically if it was like the regular whopper because I just wanted it for the double burger!!! They tell me yes but it has a pepper i said don't include that please... I get hall way home the juice is busting through my bag leaking everywhere, so I have to empty the bag and push my food on my scooter.... then I get home open the burger and realize there's mustard in it??? Disgusting are you kidding me??? And it was so soaked in all the crap they soaked it in I couldn't even eat it and it be whole. It was a disaster any the bread was so wet from there sauces it broke as I took bites... I even ate some of a burger in my hand with no bread. Rediculous ! Won't get food there again, also all you see is Uber drivers in front the store and inside...
