Kennedy Chicken & Burgers — Restaurant in New York

There’s a cashier who is extremely inappropriate and rude. My first encounter with him, he saw my screensaver that was a picture of myself, and he started to harass me about my age making it extremely difficult & uncomfortable for me to order my food. Yesterday, he questioned if my $100 was real, holding the bill at many different directions. His response was because “you know some people give fake bills”. Lastly, I was eating at the back which js by the garbage can. The area was cleaned and had no smell which was fine for me to sit. Until in the middle of eating my food, he decided that it was the perfect time to take the garbage out. When he came back I started to say something. Before I even opened my mouth he already started apologizing (he knew EXACTLY what he was doing!!) & said “things have to get cleaned around here” yeah but that could’ve waited until I was finished eating! It's this one manager there that is rude for no apparent reason. A cashier didn't get my order correct and overcharge me, I had to swipe my card a second time for cheese fries that was less than $2. , Theb I asked for the drinks that goes with my meal, the manager stated they didn't charge me a combo & I'll have to pay for the drinks on top of me swiping my card 2 separate times! I said that is not my problem, I placed my order & had the cashier recite it to me so there could be no confusion and still placed the order wrong. The screen to show your order wasn't working and he didn't give me a receipt until I asked for one. They need to do better to make the customer happy! The food was good, service terrible!

The service was terrible. I and my sister went to above establishment on this evening and paid for meal with a $20 bill the associate gave back $5 instead of $15. After my sister confronted Haji the employee explaining he gave incorrect change the associate began insulting her stating she prob paid with money she had no right having being an African American girl. This was worst service ever received from this location. Especially because this is a regular dinner location...
