I've been a frequent patron to this establishment for the past couple of years (over 2X per week), however following my recent experience, I will NEVER be stepping foot in there again!! Here's what transpired: I ordered a hot coffee and an ice cream cup. Initially I consumed the ice cream which was fine but when I sipped on the coffee i noticed that it was stale and lukewarm so I asked if they could replace it. The male employee who assisted me, replaced it with the very same state and lukewarm coffee. I told him that it was the same and asked if they could make a fresh pot of coffee. The male employee said that they had just made that particular batch of coffee, which obviously was not the case. I then requested a refund for the coffee and Assistant Manager - Jessica came in the picture to process the refund. She didn't even address the issue with the customer nor offered an apology and proceeded to refund the full amount (both for cost of the coffee and ice cream cup, even though I had only requested a refund for the coffee). I requested my original receipt and then she got defensive and nasty. Following that interaction, she demanded that I pay AGAIN for the ice cream, which I had already consumed earlier and that she shouldn't have refunded me for in the first place. I explained nicely to her that I never requested a refund for the ice cream, then Assistant Manager - Jessica, stated that she would be calling the cops if I didn't pay the total amount of $1.62 that she wrongfully refunded. I then requested to speak with her supervisor, who arrived promptly and appeared to be scared of Assistant Manager - Jessica, who seems to be the actual boss there. The woman who identified as the Manager did not ask the customer what transpired or what went wrong or how she could fix the issue and appeared to be speaking very softly and mumbled at times. I payed AGAIN for the ice cream and made it clear to them that I will not be stepping foot in that BK again and that I will be writing a review about this, then Assistant Manager - Jessica instantly changed her demeanor and tried to fake "being nice". Zero customer service knowledge, skills or common sense really!! I wonder if Burger King even trains their employees... Don't give business to this establishment they don't...

When she gave me my order eventually after 10 min, she asked me several times if I would like any ketchup or sauces. And still gave me less in proportion to my order. As we left into the expressway we then noticed this is a completely wrong order. I had to head back which took 10 minutes in traffic. Upon returning she rushed back my order from memory (this far has been a joke) and still got it wrong. She then laughed with a co worker and passed it in to someone else to remedy. For the third times, the order was incorrect. When I questioned she gave me attitude. For the fourth time she got it wrong again! I had enough and left. There was never even an apology. I was treated like I did something wrong. I and no one else she ever patron this Burger King again. And Assistant Manager Jessica should take lessons in CUSTOMER SERVICE.Is this representative of Burger King? Politeness and competency is non-existent and the workers learn from their supposed leader. I would give less than star or a collapsed dying sun if Google gave...

Today was no different, after waiting by the front door to get in when they open at ā6ā they werenāt letting anyone in the dining area . So back into the car to the drive thru , only to be told a few of the items we wanted were sold out. Also one item on the menu is only offered for ālunch/ dinnerā but thereās no mention of this anywhere on their menu , it was only mentioned by their crew member. In fact if the item is cooked only during ālunch or dinner ā it should be available because this store is open 24 hours and ālunch and dinner mealsā are the only things they offer before ā6 am āso why would it not be available at ā6 am ā when they open . Laziness is my only guess , not wanting to take a few seconds to drop a few items in the fryer . Well once again they lost a decent sized sale this morning. They really need to look into their morning/ overnight crews as productivity as Iām sure Iām not the only one with this type...
