New York Fried Chicken & Pizza — Restaurant in New York

My experience here —

Firstly, this place has so many aliases it’s hard to keep track of them…On Uber eats and online food delivery services this is called chicken planet, but the sign on the roof of the restaurant says otherwise.

My very first experience here was when I moved to this area, I remember coming here for a slice and sitting near the window. The window had ants crawling on it, they would climb onto the seat, so ultimately we just left.

Another time we ordered delivery, brought it upstairs and took a bite. Disgusting. Something tasted really off, maybe the cheese was off? This was a little after stores started opening back up after the pandemic, so maybe they forgot to replace the cheese. I can’t remember if we got a refund or a new pizza, I don’t think we did but I’m not...

I ordered from this place off of Uber eats and none of the photos displayed on the app were anything like what we got. We got over cooked, stale, poorly seasoned, boneless buffalo mild chicken. I wouldn’t even compare it to lunch food because objectively it was worse. It wasn’t even edible. The Mac and cheese was okay, and the fried onion rings were meh. But the main course was actually preposterous considering the falsely advertised the food and photos. Save your money and don’t...

The new guys running this place need to get their act together real quick or this place is going to go out of business. Last night I made 2 orders and they botched it. Almost over charged another customer by $5 until he corrected them and almost charged me for a combo I didn't ask for. I mean the cashier and the cook are about 3-5 feet from each other at any time how can they get orders so wrong and mixed up? I think the guys from Bangladesh need...
