BX Lobster — Restaurant in New York

My second visit. Food was great and fresh-tasting. Uptown Lobster Roll is delicious, but very small. Loaded fries and fried rice were so yummy. Luckily, I used a Groupon, so that helped with the high price factor. I asked about lunch specials, but there were none. I was there at about 1:30pm and was the only customer. The smell of weed was super potent, while music with explicit lyrics played in the restaurant (thus 3 stars for atmosphere). The young man at the register was not familiar about how the Groupon worked, but made a call and someone on the other end of the phone assisted him. Visited this location a month ago and thought I'll try a new spot in the area. Upon entering I found it to be clean but was shocked me the most was how clean the bathroom was for a public restroom. My family and I ordered various items but what stood out the most was the Salmon cakes and shrimp and fries meal... omg it was sooo good. I came came back the next day for more of them salmon cakes cause they was definitely hitting. I started frequenting this location more often and I don't know why I slept of the fish and chips too I am actually shocked that I have eaten quite a few different dishes and not one has failed me yet. The service here was despicable. There is no way the other reviews are legit.. we waited 3 to 4 hours to eat… the customer service is poor. They did not have enough food , chairs, etc to accommodate my party that they were in fact expecting… we try to support black business but this one is for the dogs.. the mimosa is pure orange juice.. no alcohol at all.. they short cut everything.. not enough utensils, etc.. I go brunches all the time and would never recommend anyone to go here.. ownership needs to go back to the drawing broad ! This business will Fail if it continues like this.. Disgraceful!
