If you want to feel JUDGED and ignored, this is the place, kids. The Fatss making the sandwiches has no clue about how to run a line and the nasty cashier acts like she wants to CUT YOU. I've never had a sandwich here cause every time I go in it feels like no orders are being taken. Stand around and get ignored - that's what they're serving. Monday at lunch we were all standing in line and waiting and Fatss looks at us, and instead of asking who's next tells us to get out of the way he needs to see the line. . . . We were the line you dumb idiot. This morning Fatass was chatting with his friend, looked directly at me - made eye contact and without missing a beat turned back to keep chatting up his friend. I confess I had a little New Yorker ("LOOK RIGHT AT ME AND DON'T TAKE MY ORDER! AHOLE") fit so he talked shit about me to everyone in the store as I left. The cook has a terrible sarcastic attitude. He got my order incorrect (bacon, egg, provolone cheese) when first being ordered he repeated bacon egg and cheese back to me and i said correct because that is what I ordered. Just to later find out he gave me American cheese. I went back and politely told him it was incorrect and he aggressively told me it was because I was on the phone. He yelled out salt and pepper in which i said yes but when then the sandwich was done he barely raised his voice to say so and started speaking about me in Spanish to the cashier mot knowing I know spanish. Blaming that me texting was the reason why I did not hear him the second time because nothing was playing in my headphones. Customer service was horrendous especially to be talking about your customers in a language you think they do not understand. I will NEVER go back there. Skimpy sandwiches rude service over priced not welcoming to customers this place needs Boot Camp 101 for customer service you walk in they’re not warm. There’s no reception then they will destroy your food or flat out make it wrong then It’s made very poorly and very skimpy

Deli guy has no clue what he’s doing properly does not work the grill or knows food properly they guarantee will mess up your order and overcharge you for a bacon egg and cheese price 5.99 to $15 within the price range and every day you can guarantee you will get a different price

when there’s a special for 5.99 and a free coffee. They guarantee will mess up your order or roll your sandwich smashed or do something dumb intentionally if you do so much as to even think to add ketchup and mayo to your sandwich they would overcharge...
