Food here is good, staff is not. I had to wait a bit of time to get my food, my toddler was getting a little impatient so I tried to buy a mochi since those are already made. I stood in line with one person in front of me, exact $ amount for the mochi clearly in my hand, and instead of quickly just taking the money from me which she made eye contact with, she turned around to start making orders and didn’t come back to me. My food came out, and the cashier still didn’t return so that I could pay for the mochi with the money for it in my hand!! So I put the mochi back and took my food and left. My order was wrong! The second time I came they got my order right, but the cashier looked at me, looked at her coworker, then said something in Korean and they both laughed. I wonder how they would like it if I did the same thing to them. Rude for no reason, I will not be back to this location nor will I recommend...

Had such an awesome experience here yesterday, better than the other times I have came. The girl with lighter colored hair and bangs was super friendly and kind to my young son. She took my order and got it all correct, she even walked up and handed me my food(it was to-go)! The food came out within 5 minutes, which was great because usually it takes 15-20 mins! The oat milk latte I got was great, the sesame bagels were perfectly toasted and evenly spread with tofu cream cheese, and the toast(avocado toast) & New York Giants sandwich we got were super tasty and fresh! Quality ingredients with quality people...
