Caribbean Style Cuisine — Restaurant in New York

Honestly the WORST experience. This place is super nonsense. Idk why some westindian people think they can react so ignorant. Mind you this is a ROTI shop yet they never have roti ready, and there super rude!!!!! The owner especially! Let me tell you, the roti is normal, it's not bad or anything but the size is good. But I swear to you it's not worth it. I ordered 15 roti's 3 days ago over the phone and they told me 11 o'clock, I went 11:04 to pick it up and the owner start to get on like she mental "no no no you lying you never order, where is your receipt then???" I start to get on mad too, because where the ass am I getting a receipt from if I ordered over the phone??? Anyway after 5 min of going off one of the girls in the back found there receipt and she start to act stupid (the owner) she's like yea I have it hahaha just wait a little bit we go get it ready.... 36 min later she have the roti and skinning she flicken teeth. No lie health department and all kind of thing have to check them. Ridiculous. Never again this is my second time going there and both times their attitudes were in fire. They feel they too big, little do they know is it's the customers that...

Very disappointed with the customer service.

I ordered 10 doubles and asked for there to be a variation on one. As I stood there, the women laughed, repeated it to her co worker and did not acknowledge my request. I was shocked by the blatant rudeness.

My problem wasn’t that she laughed. It was the she was OK doing it in my face. I also asked it in a very pleasant way. She went out of her way to be rude. I hope everything is Ok with her. My guess, is that she is underpaid and do not care about the restaurant or customers.

I hope the owners invest more on their workers customer service skills because they lost a customer today.

I will not be returning to this restaurant nor will I be recommending it.
