WORST food establishment Iāve ever been to. I had had ordered a custom cake here a while ago and ask them specifically to put a certain image on it as I used to get custom picture cakes from this place and it used to be a 10/10. This time this woman at the front messed up my order and switched up the colors I asked for the background and the icing around the cakes and gave me a black cake with red icing around it instead of a red cakes with black icing around it. Then the picture that was on the cake had such bad quality that you could see the black icing through it (which is the color I didnāt order all around the cake) and you could barely see the picture as all the colors of the character on it were dull and it was done so poorly without care. I contacted them about it and they gave me such a run around when it was right there to my birthday as I ordered over 3+ days in advanced. I didnāt have a proper cake for my birthday since it was so messed up and couldnāt even post it since it looked so horrendous..like if I paid over $60 for a simple cake to have a single picture on it Iād hope it would be done well. I told them Iād prefer my cake redone and I told them how to redo it and they reluctantly agreed after taking to their manager and asked for 3 more days when atp itās passed my birthday. I agreed and just gave them a break and then they did it again and they still didnāt listen to what I said to fix the cake and gave me the same results. I let them know that no, this is not what I asked for and had to retell them AGAIN where they messed up ( the colors, quality etc) they had me talk to so many employees and they were all so rude and just have such a disgusting attitude that makes me never want to give carvel my money again. Then then told me that they would redo it for the last time and it would be at the Liberty Ave location for me to pick up. I thought that was so weird since I ordered at this Atlantic location but I said okay and waited THREE more days. Afterwards, I decided to call the Liberty Ave location to let them know Iām picking up the cake and if they have my order ready and they didnāt know what I was talking about and they advised me to call up this carvel location again since the order was put in here and I told them what they told me and it was one big ridiculous confused mess with workers who didnāt want to do their job. I called the atlantic location again and told them what happened and the other workers denied that they said that and they said they talked to their manager and they said they canāt make the cake again because they already remade it once (terribly) and that if I wanted them to do it again I have to buy a whole new cake. HELLLLLL NO, they are crazy if they think Iām giving them anymore of my money. They also didnāt want to give me a refund and were completely nasty when all I wanted was the cake I paid for to not look like crap.Thank god I was able to get my money back through my bank. I heard they changed the staff and whatnot which makes sense as to why they are doing so horrible now, as the cakes Iāve gotten from the place previously where correct and the staff used to be so nice, but now itās a wasteland of terrible service and people who have no idea how to do their jobs. PLEASE if you donāt want to waste your money and want things to be done right do not get any cakes done here, and just like the other reviews said if you want to get unwelcoming rude employees speaking to you and messing with your order then come to this establishment. If not, then RUN far away...

The ice cream served to me was incredibly unpresentable, resembling more of a sloppy mess than a delicious dessert. It was evident that little care went into its preparation.
Firstly, the ice cream lacked any semblance of proper presentation. Instead of being neatly scooped into a cup and the bananas cut to be layered, the whole banana was haphazardly cut in half and placed on top of the ice cream, resembling a careless afterthought rather than a well-crafted dessert. The syrup/ Carmel was melting unevenly, creating a messy puddle that was anything but appetizing.
Moreover, the flavor was utterly disappointing. Instead of the rich, indulgent taste I was expecting from banana foster ice cream, what I received was a bland and uninspired concoction.
It seemed as though the employee had merely thrown together some vanilla ice cream with a two halves of banana and a splash of caramel sauce, completely missing the mark on the flavor profile of banana foster.
Overall, my experience with the banana foster ice cream at Carvel was highly disappointing. The lack of care and attention to detail in both the presentation and flavor of the dessert left me feeling unsatisfied and underwhelmed. I hope that Carvel takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving the quality of their products and the training of their employees to ensure that all customers receive the high standard of service they expect...

I went in tonight 950pm on 6/17/24 (on Atlantic and 107 Ave Richmond hill) and was told āitās whatever right hereā when we were looking. All because they wanted to leave at 955pm. Disgusting behavior by the Hispanic male with designs in his eyebrow. Didnāt even greet us and I had my children with me for a late night snack. Disappointing experience because itās a neighborhood to go to for us. We didnāt bother to get anything. There were still buckets of ice cream but he was telling us we can only buy the pre packaged stuff. as we walked out 955pm, they turned off the lights and closed up. The sign said closing was at 10pm so I donāt understand we couldnāt get two scoops of ice cream for my 8year old and 4 year old . Disgusted by the way he spoke to us and his attitude. I wonāt ever go back...
