Don’t go…Don’t go.. Worst place to buy ice cream in nyc queens. I bought small cups of soft ice cream in 2 different stores. This place cost $6.80 and small portions of ice cream. Cash price and card prices different. Dog walking around everywhere disgusting.

Not the friendliest staff but very delicious ice cream!! Wednesday is bogo- ~$5 for two delicious sundaes. Can’t go wrong! They have a small seating area that wasn’t active bc of covid. Recommend this place to all ice cream lovers!!

This place is the worst! I have a few problems at the location in the past and I don't understand why I bother coming here again yesterday. I went for the Wed 2 for 1 soft serve ice cream for my children. They mislead you with the prices. I thought it was lower than what they charged me since there was a price list right in front of the soft serve machine. They didn't want to extend the courtesy of giving me the price I believe it was. They were rude and even asked me to return the ice cream if I wasn't satisfied. So I returned all four cups, made my kids cry and will never return to them. I will be calling the BBB to let them know about how terrible they are. If you want to feel disrespected go ahead and visit them. They don't seem like they care about the customer experience. They don't even adhere to the hours they open. Don't even think about going there...

Wanted to adjust my review - went here recently with my nieces again and the attitude of the man working there /owner was not nice. We asked for a sample of the sorbet for my 6 yr old niece and the man said they don’t do samples. This was disappointing. He also made my ice cream and tried to ring me up but I told him I can take the ice cream while he made the other cups because I was paying for all of them and mine was done first. He seemed like he didn’t trust me and like I was ganna run off without paying. These are just my feelings and how I felt in the moment. I had the soft serve ice cream which was really good. I just wish the experience was better with the customer service.

Previous review: Took my nieces here for some late night soft serve. Ice cream was good and service was good as well. Cute...

Carvel Corporate needs to evaluate this franchise location!! I wish I could give zero stars.

  1. I asked for a sample of the pistachio soft serve for my son bc he likes pistachio ice cream but soft serve tastes different. Guy tells me no. Can’t have a sample.

  2. Order two kids cups with toppings. 1 small cup no toppings. He charges me $19.87. When I ask why it’s more than what’s posted he points to a tiny sign bottom left of the case with pricing for ice cream versus the giant sign hanging above the case which doesn’t specify soft serve ice cream pricing only.

3)The coffee ice cream was freezer burnt as soon as I took a spoonful.

  1. The guy has a NASTY attitude.
