Chapli & Chips — Restaurant in New York

Even though I frequent the Chaplin& Chips restaurant, I will always prefer the truck on Hillside period. The atmosphere of the restaurant leaves a bit to be desired as there are always interruptions while eating. One would be better off ordering Uber Eats, as the order is not hurried. I would have to comend the owner for being on the New York Times list of best new restaurants during the pandemic. We always go out in a group to try different cuisine, and we visit repeatedly if we like any food. Chapli and chips is one of them. We had take outs before from their cart but this was our first time at this location. We went to experience the dine in service. Food was delicious and just as expected. The store was clean and well lit. A self-service kiosk was a convenience which we used to place our order. A portion of the floor was slippery due to spill or sweep. But there was no caution sign. It's my favorite plater now. Anytime you order it, they'll make it fresh 100% guaranteed, and I love that. Their service is top-notch. You can ask them to modify the plater as you like, and they'll do it with a smile. For example, the Chapli kabab plater comes with hand cut fries, but I like their Season Fries batter every time I ask them to give Season Fries instead of hand cut fries and they always do that for me without getting annoyed or rude.
