I like eating from checkers but I don’t think I’ll ever come back here again. I went to checkers around 7:10 PM on 01-01-2025 and there’s this middle eastern man worker who looked around his mid 20s (not racism just describing the worker) and oh my god. If you guys can hire him y’all can hire anyone from the street 😭 this man one of the worst workers from fast food that I’ve ever experienced with. He cannot hear for anything when I order even with other customers. I’ve told him my order and he constantly kept saying “what?” And I’m talking pretty clearly loud even going under the plastic screen so he can see me and hear. Not super loud just enough for him to hear and he repeated my order to make sure it was correct then gave me a whole different order and charged me for it once I it was “ready” 💀 not only that, when I came back home i ordered a side of chicken bites & fries and this man did NOT pack it right cuz the whole thing was side ways and opened 😭 (it was the same man because I saw him packing my order then handed it to me). The bag was ripped open and greasy. I also ordered a side of fries and the fries tasted like waffles and it wasn’t even half ways full.... yall need to change your oil and not keep OLD OIL from since the morning or who knows how long because it didn’t even taste like good waffles.. Read moreLocation 1801 Church Ave says it's closes at 5am...I would assume this to means the doors are open for customer service until that point in which then you can close the place off to the public...please correct me if I'm wrong....for example if it's only call ordered, delivery only based at that time then ok but that should be explained and shown...but if what I believe is a fact then why are the doors locked at the location some times between 4:20am to 5:00am with the lights off or dim, and also with the clerk either being dismissive, rude or acting as if he doesn't care that customers want to make an order because he wants to give the visual off that the place is closed so we can leave without ordering, and the clerk can simply go back to being on his phone, or phone conversation....I understand things need to be put back in order for the next day, cleaned up, restocking, meal prep ECT ECT ECT...I totally get it and respect it...I also respect if an employee is tired and is simply ready to leave for the day, I also understand downtime for an employee but unfortunately these things are not the customers problem and we shouldn't be affected by that to no degree especially if it says you guys are open until a certain time....the food is really good by the way and I'm honestly not one to ever right reviews or complain about anything but as a customer that eats at Checker's happily whenever given the chance my last interaction with the establishment didn't go too...
Read moreI don’t like leaving bad reviews. Before doing that I always try to reach out to the business directly and give them an opportunity to correct whatever happened, because mistakes can always happen.
I ordered a burger on Uber Eats and specifically asked for no mayo. Order came relatively quick, and burger had a lot of mayo. Not only that, both burger and fries were cold, which makes me question their freshness.
I reached out the same night to the company, with hopes that they’ll resolve this. Waited 3 days and no response. Reached out again with a direct message on Twitter, got a response a few minutes later that someone will get back to me.
Waited 4 more days - no one connected with me. Reached out on Twitter again, and this time - no response at all.
It’s a shame when a company doesn’t connect with its customers, nor they care about their mistakes and how they...
