Flatbush Latin Grill — Restaurant in New York

never go to this restaurant again, I hadn't eaten at the Latin Grill, in awhile , because of the dry food, poor service, and rude waiters and owner, I see nothing has changed. Today me and my daughter ordered from church ave Latin Grill for once in long time we wanted latino food. The food took a long time to come. although it was only down the block from my house. On top of that the stupid waitress got the order wrong and left our sodas and hot sauce on the side out of the order.When we called and complained she rudely yelled to the owner some mess. and he came to the phone saying he would send the delivery guy back. Instead of saying ok we f@#d up yr order, take it for free. or making sure they gave us the right thing. this time. Instead of the hot sauce we asked for to go over the very dry rice and beans with no sauce , and the dry horrible roast pork that almost cut my throat to swallow it. We got some green too hot mess, that was ice cold. When we tried to call back and tell them how horrible the food was, they refused to answer the phone. I'm sure I am not the only family who has has problems not only with the food at the Latin Grill but the service as well, DO NOT SPEND YOUR 10 DOLLARS ON A MEAL HERE.

They do not appreciate the customers who keep their freakin doors open, I stopped buying from them for over a year, and I was right in my decision. I will never ever buy anything from these rude unprofessional...

I’ve been into the restaurant before and it looks so good and when I tried to order the lady was extremely rude and unfriendly I simply ordered yellow rice and turkey wings and I attempted multiple times to ask for extra gravy and the server just completely ignored me. So when I spoke up and said something a regular who she was casual talking to all while I haven’t received my food yet decided to let me know she didn’t speak English so I further explained that I pointed at what I was asking for. When the manager saw I was frustrated he came over to ask what I needed help with so I told him she didn’t have to be so mean and rude because I’m literally paying !! So he gives the extra gravy to me and apologizes and then honestly had the nerve to ask if we were good like no tf I’m never coming here again also the turkeys wings had so many...

I m Latino and have friends around, I order a bacon egg and Swiss but he gave me the wrong cheese, was the cheapest cheese, I didn’t said anything when he charged was $9.50 didn’t said anything but not coming back again please just because they notice you are not from town doesn’t mean you have to robe people money. I felt disrespected not even in Greenwich Conecticut you get this prices so hight.
