Do not go here unless you want to spend thousands on tattoo removal! Really shocking experience as the last tattoo I got here my artist (Speedy) was super attentive and kind and did a great job. I don’t know what happened this time but the tattoo I approved and payed for did not happen. He was also taking personal phone calls the entire session and not paying attention to me. The finished tattoo literally looked like it was off the stencil. I paid for a full color tattoo of my brown tabby cat, have screenshots of me requesting color and said multiple times before and during the session that he is BROWN and it needs to look like him. The artist said yes, I am using brown. Obviously I couldn’t see. What was done is a huge ugly greyscale piece on my back. I hate it. I didn’t approve it. When I saw it in the mirror the artist had the balls to tell me “ma’am your cat is black and white”. So you can look at the pics and decide whether or not this resembles my cat in anyway. Again I approved the stencil!! Did not look anything like what came out! Absolutely violating experience. You cannot do this to people’s bodies guys it’s unbelievably messed up to go against someone’s wishes especially on a MEMORIAL PIECE. and they did refund me 200 out of 350 total which is not enough- Every other tattoo shop I went to to talk thru my options with this told me if these people were real professionals they would refund the full amount and pay for my laser treatment. If I could give less that one star I would. I complained about the horrible work done and was insulted to the 3rd degree. I was called by the owner, whom is unprofessional and was also the one that did this horrible work. I now have a huge forearm tattoo that looks like a toddler tried to trace lines and didn't quite accomplish it. Scarring, non straight lines, and many parts that should look the same that don't and many inconsistencies. Not to mention the hearts that do not look like hearts. Instead of taking responsibility the artist tried to blame me and not take responsibility. I have 16 tattoos, probably more bc I could've missed one.All the artists that have worked on me can attest to the fact that I sleep through my tattoos and their work comes out great. This is the only tattoo on my body that is a complete mess and the owner/artist had the nerve to be rude and condescending. I am not sure where these great reviews came from, because I am living proof that this is not the case. i called about a replacement ball for my piercing. i came in at the same time as a group of 3, they went ahead of me. the piercing guy told me to wait 5 minutes (FIVE MINUTES) and i figured “ok great, he’ll get them set up and then help me. he then proceeded to pierce all 3 people and ignored me at the front desk after he saw me waiting i got no update, waited for 40 minutes and then he CONFRONTED me about my bad review, made me cry, and refused to help me until i changed the review. i changed it briefly so he would help me but the more i thought about it, i don’t feel comfortable leaving a fake good review so this is how i really feel, i will not be coming back here.
