Myself, mother and 5 year old son visited restaurant #04221 on 7/18/2025 around 9pm after we had gotten off of work. As this is a dine in location in NYC, we planned to eat in so that we could enjoy our food. I purposely googled the restaurant's closing time (listed on Google as 10:30pm EST) just to ensure we wouldn't impose on the staff's closing time.
Not only did they give me 3 tenders instead of the 8 count I asked for, but once we sat in the dining area for only 5 mins, we were told by a staff member that they were beginning to shut the restaurant down for the day and that we had to move all of our food to another (smaller) table. There was barely enough seating as it is! We obliged, only to then, just maybe 5 more minutes later, be told by another staff member that they needed to clean the new table were at and that it was time to go. The time was only about 9:30pm at this time! I couldn't even finish my food because of all the moving around and feeling pushed out! I have NEVER been to a Chick-Fil-A and EVER been treated like this. I was going to order MORE food even after the first table switch but decided not to spend anymore money once we were told we had to leave by the 2nd person! Absolutely unacceptable.
On top of all this, we could hear the staff behind the counter (from where we were seated upstairs) yelling and joking around about how it's time to go and everyone needs to leave, etc.) Worst experience to date. This location...
Read moreI have been to this location many times because my daughter loves the food and its close to her school. The problem I had was with the customer service. My daughter left her brand new sweater when eating there. She called and spoke to one of the managers. They informed her that they found it and she was super excited. She asked if she could pick it up on Monday since it was a Friday night, and we were already at home an hour and a half away. They said no since they usually get rid of those things (that's sad to know but I guess). We asked if we could be there first thing the next morning and the manager Giana told us to come in at 2pm when she was there as she would save it for us. Next day we get there, and my daughter goes inside to grab her sweater. Comes back really upset and crying. Looks like they threw her sweater away. They told her they never found it and gave her cookies for her trouble... I had driven an hour and a half and wasted time and gas to get there for nothing. Why would they tell her they had it? I went in and spoke to Giana and was told I thought it was here, but it wasn't- Sorry. Why would she say she had it and would save it for my daughter? It was a waste of time and effort, and it caused a 13-year-old to be heartbroken. If she was told they couldn't find it, she would have dealt with it but to be promised they would keep it safe and then to say "too bad" really...
Read moreThe food here is ok and the staff is pleasant but this is honestly my least favorite Chick-fil-A to go to, but I come here because it’s near my home. Parking around here is absolutely horrendous. The only way you can get your food successfully is if you’re on foot, or if you show up after/before the big rush. I did have a good experience where an associate came to me and brought my food to my car, or even walked with me during the rain with an umbrella as I went to my car. Occasionally the manager will give perks towards your next mobile order via the app, which I find pretty cool. Little things like that are nice and truly embody the really pleasant experience that Chick-fil-A is known for, but, whenever I come here, they miss out on key add-ons for my order. Like, why would I want a tortilla soup with no tortilla chips? Or nuggets with no sauce. I got fries from here once that were absolutely covered in salt and sometimes the food isn’t hot, even upon receiving it right then and there. I feel like this location should be run a bit better. It’s so busy, and I feel like there should be more support for business needs. I just waited an hour for my order to be ready when it said it would only take 20-30 minutes.
