Submitted the receipt so the manager of this store can check the Lady who made my order, and address this matter. She is Racial PROFILING CUSTOMERS, and DISCRIMINATING — In the afternoon I was in the park with my little nephew and mother. He was crying and I needed to buy him something sweet, and I loved shake shack cocoa. They stayed sitting in the open-space. I am not a customer who buy shake shack regularly neither visit this store. But i have to say that Just had a bad experience. I am Italian and my acent is very heavy. I wanted 3 burguer with Chicken, and I asked if they do it, because I do not want to give my nephew RED MEAT. The lady said some name of the burguer and I said, I regularly do not buy shake shack do I dont know the name of the burguer but I want a chicken burguer with 1 cheese fries. I was very specific, and I was thinking about what she said, and She Ask "Do you Speak SPanish", and I said I speak English and You understand What I am Saying, I am just confused wwhat u Saying instead saying yes or NO do you guys do Chicken Burguer. Oh she looked Uncomfortable, after that rushed me, and I wanted her to read my order to make SURE SHE got it right. She mentioned the order correctly And I tought thaat shakeburguer is chicken, and I received 3 red meat burguers. Because my family was hungry they just ate the burguer and threw the meat in the trash, i am not going to do a drama. I wonder, Why She Is questioning someone's language when you are clearly understanding, but because the person is confused and needs u to explain what u got on the menu, that DOES NOT MEAN I do not speak the same Language, because I'm light skin heavy acent that does not MEAN I belong to certain Country or I speak different language. This js definetly Racial Profiling and Discrimination against Tourists Customers who is Trying for the first or second time The food of this restaurant. Her customer service SUCKS.

I’ve visited this Shake Shack location numerous times. Before you can enter to place your order, a representative is at the door to take your temperature. Sometimes you are able to place your order and pay at the door with a representative so all to do is wait for your order. They serve burgers, fries, chicken, hotdogs, milkshakes, frozen custards, beer, wine, etc. I wish they would add sauerkraut to their menu to go along with the hotdogs. I feel like this location is a hit or miss, they have their good days where your order is perfect and others where you just shake your head. I always asked them to make sure my burger is extra well as I can’t stand the smell or taste of raw meat. There’s been several times I bit into my burger and it wasn’t well done. There are stickers on the floor to allow the customers to be able to social distance while waiting for their order. There are tables and chair located inside and outside of the restaurant for customers to use however be mindful limited seating due to COVID. There are also restrooms located at this location. They accept cash or card and the staff are very hospitable.

I visited this location twice. Its not a huge place but space is pretty decent on the inside. They have an outdoor seating area that seems like a courtyard so during great weather you can eat outdoors if you'd like. At time this place does get busy and the staff is pretty straight forward in helping you, taking orders, and serving you your food at the pick-up counter. Drinks and condements are self serve like in most fast food places. Wait time to recieve food was not bad at all during both my visits and food can be warm or cold if you don't respond quickly to your buzzing device as it sits on the counter waiting for you to arrive and pick-up. The food was good during both visits and the place is clean and organized, there are Restrooms and a handicap accessible entry, but no Parking area. I'd definitely comeback to this location. Enjoy and Thanks.

We had an amazing experience at Shake Shack! The place has plenty of seating, the environment is super clean, and the staff are incredibly attentive and quick with everything. Everyone was so friendly, which made the experience even better. We ordered a mix of things — a chicken burger, a regular burger, fries, a milkshake, and their lemonade sweet tea combo — and everything was absolutely delicious. The fries were especially great, and the condiment station was well-stocked and spotless. The overall vibe was just friendly and welcoming. One tip: if you need to use the washroom, make sure to keep your receipt. Overall, this Shake Shack gets a solid 5 stars for great food and fantastic service!
