She is Racial PROFILING CUSTOMERS, and DISCRIMINATING — In the afternoon I was in the park with my little nephew and mother. He was crying and I needed to buy him something sweet, and I loved shake shack cocoa. They stayed sitting in the open-space. I am not a customer who buy shake shack regularly neither visit this store. But i have to say that Just had a bad experience. I am Italian and my acent is very heavy. I wanted 3 burguer with Chicken, and I asked if they do it, because I do not want to give my nephew RED MEAT. The lady said some name of the burguer and I said, I regularly do not buy shake shack do I dont know the name of the burguer but I want a chicken burguer with 1 cheese fries. I was very specific, and I was thinking about what she said, and She Ask "Do you Speak SPanish", and I said I speak English and You understand What I am Saying, I am just confused wwhat u Saying instead saying yes or NO do you guys do Chicken Burguer. Oh she looked Uncomfortable, after that rushed me, and I wanted her to read my order to make SURE SHE got it right. Because my family was hungry they just ate the burguer and threw the meat in the trash, i am not going to do a drama. If you're picking up order from this location, always remember to check the content, open the box to see the items match what you ordered. I ordered Buy 1 + 1 burger. with fries but had some hiccup at ordering on UberEat. Manager was kind enough to help rectify the issue during my pick-up; the employees were busy chit-chatting with each other and handed me wrong items. Due to packaging, I couldn't tell and didn't suspect anything until I got home and realized instead of the +1 burger, I was handed small fries and another order of fries in a square burger box. When I went back to the store , the employees there was non-apologetic and told me if I wanted to cancel/return the order, he could do that. While I understand mistakes do happen during rush hours, error here was clearly caused by employee inattentiveness at work. Read moreI’ve visited this Shake Shack location numerous times. Before you can enter to place your order, a representative is at the door to take your temperature. Sometimes you are able to place your order and pay at the door with a representative so all to do is wait for your order. They serve burgers, fries, chicken, hotdogs, milkshakes, frozen custards, beer, wine, etc. I wish they would add sauerkraut to their menu to go along with the hotdogs. I feel like this location is a hit or miss, they have their good days where your order is perfect and others where you just shake your head. I always asked them to make sure my burger is extra well as I can’t stand the smell or taste of raw meat. There’s been several times I bit into my burger and it wasn’t well done. There are stickers on the floor to allow the customers to be able to social distance while waiting for their order.
