Chicken Shack — Restaurant in New York

my husband placed an order by phone based on a menu they have posted online in which it was updated a day ago .my husband asked for tenders that said 15 tenders for $7.00 and the man took the order as we asked him 5 times to read back my order as it seemed that he didn’t understand what we was saying he kept saying yes yes yes to everything we said . He then said the order will be ready in 15 minutes. So We show up to get the food checking the food only 3 pieces of chicken for $7.00 he lied and said we don’t sell that here but that’s what we ordered with him . We ordered what we saw on their menu online he stated that’s not they menu when it’s under chicken shack with their address he was Not honoring the menu they have and said that they don’t have a menu posted online when indeed there is ..he keep being very nasty and argumentative he contradicted himself I left him with the order as I won’t be paying for bad customer service at all sad I’ve been buying food there for years today ruined service....

I'm not sure if it's only me here, but the quality of the food ; the chicken over rice and the chicken gyros have become so bad. The service for the price is so cheap, small. My last gyro had the smallest two tomatoes slices and very little lettuce. Prices are up of course but the quality should not go down. I hope this brings to light some other reviews. This place is delicious. Let me be clear, this is “chicken spot” food. If you grew up with Kennedy Fried Chicken like me, this is a much better version of it. It’s a bit pricy but everything I ordered was on point. I feel like the bad reviews are people with different expectations than what it is.
