The cookies and hibiscus ice tea are 5 star - super tasty. I only rate Chip City a 4 because the proportions are the opposite of what I should be absorbing calorie-wise. The cookies are massive (good for two to four people) and taste fabulous post toaster oven reheat. They are crispy outside, soft and doughy inside. On the other hand the ā€œlargeā€ ice tea comes in what I define as a kiddie cup (after adding ice you might get to sip 8 oz ice tea at best). PLEASE add a 32 oz ice tea to the menu! If they did I’d stop by four days a week just for an ice tea takeout AND I’d energetically raise my rating to 5 stars... Separately, the store is super cute. The employees were really friendly, service was quick and I was excited to see they even have skim milk (my favoritešŸ„›) on the menu. šŸŽˆ

Yooooo Chip City!!! Where have you been all my life? lol Srly. How did I not know about this spot? Glad I stumbled here. Had dinner plans around the area, Chip City is tucked away on a quiet street close by the Carroll St station and park. Upon stepping in - your sweet tooth awakens. Welcome by friendly staff, she walked me through the offerings - from seasonal to their specials - the variety looks yummy! Got a few to try - OG chocolate chips (thick & thin), Pumpkin Spice (thick - seasonal), Oats & cranberry (thick) and oatmeal raisin (thin). Little bites of sugar heaven - goes well with ice coffee, tea, milk! Can’t wait to come back for their ice cream sando!

I have to update my review. My 1st experience was amazing, the reps were great, very attentive, informative, & helpful. Decided to visit again and placed the order in advance, only to be given the wrong cookies. On top of that DJ the rep in the store was beyond rude and nasty. They did not accommodate me and he was very dismissive. I feel he was just lazy and didn’t want to bake any cookies. I called the West village location, & Williamsburg, they both couldn’t accommodate me which I find weird because my 1st time there they told me I can place the order in advance & they will bake the cookies. Overall good cookies, but terrible service

As a loyal Chip City customer, I’ve always appreciated the quality of the cookies and the overall brand experience. However, I’ve recently had several disappointing interactions at this location that I feel need to be addressed.

During my visit around 6 PM yesterday, I was helped by a staff member whose attitude was notably unwelcoming. He did not greet customers upon arrival, and his tone came across as dismissive and sarcastic rather than friendly or professional. This isn’t the first time I’ve noticed this kind of behavior from him, and unfortunately, it’s starting to impact my desire to continue visiting this location.

Customer service plays a huge role in the overall experience, and I hope that management can take this feedback constructively to ensure the team reflects the welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere that Chip City...
