I will NEVER visit the Cross Bay Blvd location here in Queens. I was asked to put mask on, and they stated i would NOT be served. I asked if it was CDC guidelines, they replied "yes". I got a mask from my car, but only realized shortly after, that the guy cutting the meat had his mask at his chin, which is far worse due to him being employed there. So, how do you want customers complying with "CDC GUIDELINES", but employees don't? Nonetheless, i stated i had my vaccination card, and they refused still to serve me without a mask. Furthermore, the employee said, "it's a rule". However, is it really? The guy prepping the food doesn't follow the same rules your enforcing others to follow? I dont care if you the manager, or the president... If you don't abide by certain rules, or policies, dont attempt to enforce them if your not helping your employees, or staff abide by the standards you wish to get others to comply. After I went to pay for 3 soft tacos for my girlfriend, i sternly asked them, how were they attempting to get me to follow what they want, but their guy wasn't even fully masked, the unmasked guy, mumbled some funny BS under his breath. I love my girlfriend enough to have got those tacos for her, but if they were for me, i wouldn't have bought a dam thing. And some funny BS, they never have change. They suppose everyone will pay cash so they can keep the change?? I think someone needs to call 311, or the health department, and find out if the place is safe for people to eat out of. Without a doubt, they'd fail inspection, and this place will be shutdown. Mark my words. And if this makes it far enough all eyes see, "manager, If you ever see this, refrain from replying. I mean it, dont waist my F#@king time!" Get y'all...
Read moreI consider Chipotle to be one of the better large food chains, but the quality of this specific location is extremely disappointing. Something goes wrong every time I've gone here, and I'm not exaggerating.
The staff is either extremely incompetent or just don't care about properly preparing food. I've received the wrong kind of rice, a colossal pile of cheese when asking for a small amount, and they even forgot to put in the salsa entirely, despite me watching them stare at the order as they prepared it. The overall size of the meals is also lacking; you HAVE to get a bowl because the burritos here are pathetically small. Oh, and the burrito maker doesn't work 90% of the time, anyway.
If you order for an immediate pickup, chances are it won't be ready on time. If you order for a later pickup time, they'll make it so far ahead of time that it's cold by the time you get it. They also don't bother to pack forks or napkins into the bag for you.
It's still Chipotle, so the food itself is good. But after having dealt with so many issues, too many of them easy to fix, I'm taking my money elsewhere. I highly recommend you...
Read moreOrdered food on door dash had a triple taco meal the food came to me with a lot of meat very sloppy and was falling out of the foil. So it defeated the whole purpose of me ordering cause I didn’t want to get out of bed so I had to get up and go to this location to make my order right Then went there told the cashier what was going on and he told me wait for the manager . There was a line to the door and the other worker stopped making the persons food she was making and told me oh I made that order it said triple I asked her what is triple she said 3 so I said I was supposed to have 3 tacos. And then I said further more I asked for the manager not you My thing is if she would have said oh miss I’m sorry I made the order and I miss read and I’m sorry I would have be upset but the fact she told me what triple meant then got a attitude like I wasn’t supposed to bring the food back was beneath me . She shouldn’t be front line representing the restaurant with that attitude So the manager came and she made my order over all to get home and bite into the chicken. And it was cold oh my. So I like the place but this was a...
