Came in to try this cozy little spot and absolutely loved it. The ambiance is very chill and the rustic decor makes it feel oddly homey

For drinks I had the "Part-time Lover" which was SO GOOD. I was really refreshing, nice and strong too. My friend had espresso martinis which she said were good.

For food we got a bunch of stuff which I rank as follows: The ceviche (you HAVE TO get this, it was absolutely amazing. Super fresh and really balanced) Fish Tacos (the tacos are small but these are loaded! Also really fresh and delicious) Arrachera Tacos (again small tacos but the flavor was there, the green sauce that came with then was really good) Shishito Peppers (you can never go wrong with these) Flan (flan is usually a miss for me when dinning out but this one was good. Not too sweet and the texture was good. It did have a lemon or lime flavor that I am was not a fan of but overall still good) Buffalo wings (these were the least memorable, not bad but I don't think I'd get them again)

Any other name for this establishment would be a disservice. The staff manages to be attentive without imposing. There is a laid-back atmosphere that is reminiscent of your best friend's living room that is doing double duty as a gathering dining area. Seating is comfortable without being crowded in a space that is deceptively larger than it initially would seem. Not being a fan of restaurant fare, I found the freshly made authentic tacos to be amazing. The piece de resistance for me was the hand formed freshly made hamburger that melted bite after bite leaving me satiated but still wishing the last bite was still there. Made to order there's attention to detail from the thermometer to the sliced avocado and tomato toppings served open with salsa that is spicy without being overpowering. I would give this place 15 stars if I could! Wow, truly THE BEST customer service I’ve received since the pandemic (we know the decline in service since then). Here’s all the amazing things that we experienced at Cordial: extremely fresh food clean: bathrooms, tools, everything spotless attentive service ( we were teasing my friend for ordering something too spice to eat, they overheard us and brought her a special drink to cut the spice!!) customized service ( we were debating about broadway show music and they started playing the soundtrack for the one we all agreed was great😩) No rush (we were there for 4 hours and they never asked if we were ready for the bill)
