His private studio is a huge plus – it's well-equipped, and I love not having to worry about waiting for equipment or navigating a crowded gym. The scheduling is incredibly convenient, and Ben is always flexible to accommodate my busy schedule.
More importantly, I've seen fantastic results! Since starting with Ben, I've lost 15 pounds, gained noticeable muscle mass and strength, and significantly improved my flexibility. This has been invaluable for my running.

I came with severe lower back pain and in weeks, he helped me strengthen the muscles to lower the pain significantly and add a great deal of mobility. He’s also helped me lose 11 lbs and counting with a definite increase in upper body strength and squat lifts. It has been difficult to be patient with healing in order to strengthen. Ben is doing an excellent job of helping me improve my range of motion, mobility, stability AND restoring strength.
