Corner Pizza — Restaurant in New York

This might be a long review but worth it. I used to go to the pizza shop right across the street which is M&R and the one right around the corner to the other pizza shop that used to sell the slices for $1 but raised them to $1.50. Now this pizza shop here on 3399 Jerome, I would always pass by and never bothered going in because of all the high school kids hanging out in the front so I would just walk past by it and keep it moving. That was a big mistake because come to find out, the owners of this pizza shop used to be the owners of M&R pizza but ended up selling it to the Mexicans who now run M&R and their slices are $2.50 but for $2.25 you get the special of a slice and soda and you cannot beat that anywhere else. From now on, I will be going here instead for the time being, screw the other 2 spots...

I wish I had the ability to travel back in time. I usually order from a different pizzeria. But my usual pizzeria was closed due to the holidays. I ordered a large pie half pepperoni, half cheese. Worst mistake of my life. The delivery person arrives at my door and right off the bat, something smelled off. I assume it was the delivery person. So as my family and I began to consume the pizza. We noticed that something was wrong. We stopped eating the pizza, but the damage was done. This was on January 1st and here we are January 3rd and we're still feeling the effects. Long story short, we all came down with a horrible case of food poisoning. Will never order...

Cool neighborhood pizza spot known for specializing in the $1.00 slice. A favorite of the nearby high school and hospital it also has a nice selection of foods. Great burgers, tacos ,soups and cheesesteaks. They also serve a modest breakfast menu. Nothing fancy but good basics. The The pizza is good, with a good sauce and real cheese. Honestly the price is the thing. An 6slice small pie for $5.00 is awesome. Add a topping and it's $7.00! The slices are large enough to feed 2-3 folks. Add a can of soda for a $1 you're good.
