Happy Dragon — Restaurant in New York

I will NEVER give this place business. I placed an order over the phone and had to spell out my address multiple times... Only to wait over an hour and a half and not receive my food. I attempted to call after the first hour, and was told that the delivery person just left. I had to follow up with about three more calls. After an additional thirty minutes, I was told that the delivery person was around the corner. About two minutes after this, the driver called me, lost, and was nowhere near my home. -- This proves that my food did not go out when I was told it did... And it proves that they do not care about the food they sell. They are okay with having your food sitting at the restaurant, while they get a few orders and then send them out all together... I am giving this two stars to be nice but overall I'm not satisfied with the delivery service, I ordered two things of chicken wings with fries which was supposed to cost me 18.50 I asked the delivery guy for my change he told me no and proceeded to walk away and gave me a look like telling me to go away as if I'm weird for asking for my money on top of this the food is nothing to write home about it's overly greasy and can make your stomach hurt so I suggest to people don't order here if your not into your food tasting like oil and if you don't like getting...

Whenever I get food from here, it's usually their General Tso's Tofu. It's a delicious meal that has won me over many times. It's sweet, savory, yet also filling. Their food is better and priced well as opposed to others in the area. They also do not use as much oil as their competitors. Their service treats me well, and are very kind....
