Dale Bagels & Deli — Restaurant in New York

They have a new menu plasterd on the walls and they show the prices.but wene you go to pay they charge higher prices other than wat is dislpayed on the sign menu.if you place an order at 9 am you usually get it 2 hours later.they are really not fair.they send outfood that is cold and they usually send out the wrong order to you.i went in and ordered 3 bacon and egg sandwich and at the time there were no customers there After my order was done a lady walks in and orders 2 bacon and egg sandwhiches and they give her my order,i told them that i had been there first and she shouldnt have got ny order.but they shrugged there shoulders and disregarded my complaint.they are always hiring and training new people because they dont pay a fair wage and they only hire illegals.this place is also a health hazzard as thre are rodents Feces in the kitchen area all over the place were they process the dough for bagels.i wouldnt put it pass them to have some mouse or rat feces in the dough.they use the bathroom and dont wash there hands they handle money at the register and the handle the food without gloves.these guys are totaly disgusting and not sanitary. I was not aware of this at the time i use to buy bagels there but now that im aware of the practices tbere I steer clear of that...

Lately haven't been very satisfied with the service . the owners are very rude every time I call and are always so quick to get u off the phone. They don't tell you how much your order is or how long . cheap with thier sandwiches . I order bacon egg cheese and always get one egg on the bagel where I feel like I'm just eating bread. They always make my coffee wrong and taste bitter. There's been times I could be waitung over and hour for breakfast. They need to hire another counter person and stop...

Living in Brooklyn, we are spoiled for certain things. Pizza, hot dogs, and bagels are among the best quality you can find anywhere. My local bagel store is very good. Not as good as this though. I go out of my way on Sunday mornings for this freshly baked piece of perfection. Always the perfect texture. Toothsome crust, pillowy interior. Front man always keeping customers happy and moving on their way. Devotees claim the best are at the Hole , or Terrace... They're all wrong. Dale...
