Danny's Chinese Kitchen - Howard Beach — Restaurant in New York

Counter girls very nice and sweet! But I will not be returning. When I first moved to Howard beach this location was called East meets West Chinese’s take out! East meets west was very delicious, I can say hands down one of the best Chinese takeout I’ve had. I’m not sure what went on with management but I can say since changing to Danny’s, food is not enjoyable! Ordered a plain fried rice, a small shrimp and broccoli, shrimp low mein, fried chicken wings, and French fries. The fried rice was soy sauce mixed with white rice grains were hard, low mein was bland, and the shrimp and broccoli wasn’t it. The tiny container with only about 5 broccoli. The price doesn’t match the flavor and serving! I was completely thrown off. Definitely not what I was...

Don't understand some of these reviews the food here is excellent and very delicious I order a few things and everything was fantastic the young chow fried rice I felt like it was order from China town delicious the chicken chow main was excellent the boneless Spare ribs fresh and very tasty I also ordered sesame garlic wontons was to die for. I also ordered there China town soup chicken dumplings noodles soup and vegetables can't review that because I'm saving it for later 😆 anyway my point here is don't listen to those bad reviews come see for yourself I promise you won't be disappointed! I always knew this location to have the highest quality general tso chicken out of any Chinese restaurant i ever been to. Since changing ownership from what used to be East Meets West, this location has totally downgraded their quality. I sent my girlfriend on a mission to grab some food for us and told her specifically to go here because I KNEW the general tso was top quality. To my total heart break and disappointment, the chicken is just like a majority of other Chinese restaurants. Chewing the chicken, it wouldnt break down. It was hard to chew. I definitely will never go back....
