Came here in person for the first time with my family for mother's day. Usually we just order out. The food was mostly on point, however the service was not and the the atmosphere a little off. I have had my share of colombian food and this place is great with portions and flavor. If you're not a person that likes loud music while eating I don't recommend coming in. The music was waaay too loud. Couldn't even order my food because the waitress couldn't here me. I usually don't mind music with my food but this was a little over kill. Couldn't have a conversation in a table of 4! Also, we had only ordered 1 drink which we had to remind the waitress to bring. It wasn't until the 3rd time she said they were backed up. I think this is something she could have made clear from the beginning since my husband and I had nothing to drink. Not even water while eating. Halfway into our food it finally came. Towards the end of having finished our food it took a long time for her to be aware that we were waiting on our bill and once we asked her it took even longer to get our bill. Fortunately for this plave they included gratuity or else we would have not included much tip. The cherry on top was when I grabbed my coat and my sleeves were soaking wet. We were placed in the back area of the restaurant which looks like it has outside top access so rain from the day before was on the edges of the room where we were seated. I had to walk out without a coat and it was chilly that night. I don't think I will...
Read moreOMGGGG!!! Where to start?? We found this place by accident and I have a feeling that it will continue to be one of the BEST dining experiences we've ever had!!. My boyfriend and I were out celebrating our 15th year anniversary when we got hungry and decided to search for a place to eat. We walked by this place and saw the wonderful ambiance inside, and decided to walk in. We were greeted and seated by the restaurant manager, Ms Rosa. She immediately made us feel welcome and at home. She answered all our questions about the different Colombian dishes they served (which were a lot), and even suggested some other ones we've never heard of. We ended up going with her suggestion, and let me say... IT DIDN'T DISSAPOINT!!! She was such a wonderful host. She went the extra.. EXTRA MILE when she found out it was our anniversary, and at the end of our meal, she brought us a piece of Tres Leches with a sparkler candle on top and written on the dish was a "Happy 15th Anniversary". Needless to say, we were soo happy, as we never in a million years expected a complete stranger whom we just met, would take the time and effort to make us feel so special. This Place and the people who work there, especially ROSA, Deserve all the good fortune and success that may come their way... You've just gotten two new patrons... Thank...
