Point Driving School — Local services in New York

This school deserves "ZERO" STARS, but since I have to give something, please note, it goes against my better judgement. Please, when you get to this schools doors, turn around and RUN as fast as you can otherwise the service, or non-service u will receive by entering the school, will truly open ur eyes to why you should have gone somewhere else.

Unprofessional ladies working in this office have NO CLUE on how to talk or treat a customer. Most times, doors are locked, huge lack of knowledge on behalf of office staff is disheartening and there is absolutely no time given to us customers who have questions.

A friend recommended this school because of the office supervisor who worked there; I was told she would give all of her knowledge to help those in need. Only to find out, she quit and went to a different driving school.

Extraordinary experience with Point Driving School; Great communication skills with the Officer Manager Roxy; she goes above and beyond. This is a very busy school and if you have the patience to give them, as they give a student, you will be rewarded in the end.. Even though their prices are lower than other schools, it does not deter from professional experience given; much valued time in conversation given to students with the tons of questions we ask; most schools don't even take 5 minutes in conversation; we are left with the unknown; Instructors are experienced, friendly, caring and safety minded. I took 10 lessons, passed my test 1st time around and would definitely recommend family and friends here; Reviews on Google are fantastic and matched with my first walk in experience in the office, it has been nothing incredible; So happy this school was...

If I could give this company no stars I would. First of all Shazia is great professor at times but it is very unprofessional. She does not meet with the students requirements most of the time and will at least cancel on you once or twice. I have been cancelled numerous of times. Every one has a schedule and she only cares about hers. It is not fair to other students nor to lady in the office. I would take your money else where honestly, it is so frustrating that you have to call and make appointments for them to cancel. If you do take classes here then do not pay Shazia till the last class you take because she will basically not try to give you your class.
