Key Food Supermarkets — Local services in New York

They are totally over priced, even the store brand is over priced! There rude expect the girl that works at the deli, and there missing prices all over the place! We don't know what we are paying until you check out, and even when there supposedly a "sale" they put the signs up but dont have it, or they dont replenish until you ask. My option there customer service skills suck and need more english speaking employees, and need to work on there prices until then I will go to Stop & Shop or Shop Rite..... the positive is there...

My brother in law go shopping and the casher told him that she doesn't have a keyfood card to put on and he needs one in order to get a special, he told her ok then give me one , the answer was WE DON'T HAVE he had to pay a full price ... the thing is I went shopping with a coupon of ice cream and they said we don't take coupons , why? I've been coming to this store for years, so has my family and friends. Today I picked up lunch next door and entered Key Food with small plastic bag. Upon entry I was screamed at and told to leave the store because bags are forbidden. Are you kidding me? Do you think your loyal customer is a thief because I have my lunch in my hand? I'm done with this place, and I'll be sure to my family and friends never come here again either. Pathetic and disgraceful....
