While we look forward to the arrival of all our orders from the New York Steak & Seafood Company, the order that arrived yesterday was especially exciting. That is because it contained a new product offering. In addition to the Saku Ahi Tuna Blocks which is a wonderful sashimi grade fish, they now offer Sashimi Grade Seared Salmon Slices. Each order contains six 3-oz fillets. The fillets are lightly seared and sliced evenly into six or seven pieces.

We took one 3-oz package and placed four slices on top of toasted sourdough bread with sliced avocado. Incredibly good. Then we placed the three remaining slices on top of a bowl of Bibigo Cooked Sticky White Rice and dressed it with Kikkoman soy sauce. Since the rice was microwaved for 90 seconds, it quickly warmed up the salmon slices. Again, incredibly good and the warm salmon simply melted in your mouth. We hope that New York Steak & Seafood will continue to offer new sashimi grade fish. I've been ordering meat, seafood, etc. from N Y Steak & Seafood now for more than a year. All the items I've ordered for our family have been absolutely delicious. One particular and important thing I'll say is receiving our meat in vacuumed packaging. So all the items advertised are their true weight compared to supermarket packaging where each item bought includes the foam tray and plastic wrapping, so the price and weight listed for their packaging includes these extra packaging and the actual weight listed is not the package's true weight. E.g: chopped meat needed for hamburgers or meatloaf, and the packaged weight listed 1.25 pounds.. You are not actually buying 1.25 pounds of chopped meat due to these extra packaging items.

With N Y Steak & Seafood, each item is vacuumed packed, and so the advertised weight you're buying is true.. This is also true for their seafood items, etc.. Their customer service department is excellent too.. I have not been dissatified with all my purchases from N Y Steak & Seafood! Thank...

I’m an avid home chef and I take the products I use quite seriously. Typically when I’m shopping for seafood and other proteins I look for three things: where is it sourced, how fresh is the product and what’s the price per ounce or pound relative to market. New York steak and seafood company checks all three of these quality control boxes and more. I was completely blown away.

We ordered several high profile items: king crab legs, sea scallops, colossal shrimp, Icelandic cod, sole fillets and the star of the show: Wild Alaskan Salmon. Absolutely amazing. All organic.

The food was delivered to us in record time with no delay. It came on dry ice and was freezer ready. Individually packed so you can easily defrost and plan meals. The quality was superb. The fish was fresh, cooked perfectly when defrosted and tasted delicious. All at a tremendous market price.

I cannot wait to order our second box. I live above a Whole Foods and I will never buy their seafood again.
