We cane gere 3 weeks ago My daughter asked for an arepa with shredded beef and they did not have ut but a substitute was offered and my daughter agreed. Tiday we came and my daughter asked again for the arepa with shredded beef and rhey did not have ut once again. We asked for a drink called avena and it was with a burned taste. When they brought in the food, it was totally different to what the picture looks like. My tice and beans were very salty and when l homplained, for the third time the waitress just said, "that is very rare," and did not offer anything in exchange by just sayong, "l will tell the cook." When she came with the bill, she did not deduct a penny out of it. I will never return to that place and l do not recomment it to anyone. I've been going here for years. Food is always on point. A took a star off because I found out they were charging me .25 for a plastic bag without even asking me or telling me there would be a charge. Update: went in miday on a weekday. Was very disappointed with the service on a slow day. At first the young gentleman with glasses, Jesus?, Greeted me as soon as I stepped to the counter but soon he seemed very annoyed that I kept asking for stuff after he gave me the first few things I asked for. Like he didn't even want to be there. I asked him if I had been charged for a bag and him and the lady next to him on the phone said theybuse to not anymore. Either way I needed a receipt. He seemed even more annoyed that when he gave me the receipt he didn't even look at me nor say bye have a good day. I felt so uncomfortable. I was nice with a smile the entire time. The worst service! They speak to you as if they are doing you a favor. No manners, like is this not your job?!

The food isn't always fresh. Understand that if you do not make it there early in the morning (when they make everything), it will be stale and cold. The best part is that when you ask them if this is fresh, they lie and say yes. Low and behold when you get home and sink your teeth, you are just full of disappointment.

They constantly get your order wrong! Then when you correct it, they give you an attitude like it's your fault. Even better, they either forget some of your order or mix it up. BUT they make sure to charge you.

Do yourself a favor, either go to the Colombian spot up the block on 20th or go to Roosevelt. Las delicias needs to go back to old management or get rid of the people they have now. The "current" manager(she serves in the front, short,...
