Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in New York

So, I used to order from here all the time, but I've been on a health stint and stopped for a while. Decided to have a cheat day and called in a delivery. They immediately knew who I was and my address. Long story short, I repeated the order I had last time, got one item adjusted and the food came out wrong, drink was fine. When I called to address the problem, the guy on the phone told me I that what I received is what I asked for (it wasn't) then hung up the phone while I was speaking mid-sentence. Wasn't so much the order being wrong or the delivery as it was the "service" on the phone. I'm always polite and always tip 4-6 bucks on any given day. Some of the delivery guys even remember me. Guess dude on the phone didn't care. I get that it must've been busy but I can't tolerate rudeness, especially for a paid service. I will never order from here again since it's clear my business is unappreciated. Likely a blessing in disguise as the food here has too many carbs anyway and they...

Before they use to be great delivered in a timely manner when I received my food it was still nice and hot they also were the only location that still offered the Alfredo pasta bowls which was great I loved it but then the deliveries started to take extremely long one time I had to call three times to see if my order was still on it’s way and it took over an hour for me to receive which was crazy because not only was I feeding children I live a 2-4 minute drive away from the store and I always order extra ranch sauce for my hot wings which we pay for and they never seem to place the extra sauce with my order and let’s not forget the time they forgot something I ordered i had to wait over an hour for them to bring it to me honestly I wish they would go back to having excellent customer service and getting the deliveries out faster where I wouldn’t have to reheat my food or wait an hour...

If you have to add an item after placing your order online , make sure they let the driver know before he leaves with your food. I made an online order for delivery, and 5 minutes after placing my order I called in to add a bottle of coke. They told me the driver hasn't left yet and they will add it to my order. When the driver Eric arrived, he didn't have the coke. He said no one let him know that I added an item after placing my order. He was kind enough to offer to go to a grocery store nearby and buy one for me. Thank you, Eric! He also showed up on time and the pizza was hot and ready to eat
