Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in New York

SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!! If I could give them zero stars I would. I ordered online from this location and when the delivery driver got here he called for me to come downstairs. I asked him if he would be able to come upstairs because I am pregnant and he hung up the phone on me. I asked my neighbor to go downstairs to get the food for me and when she got downstairs he was nowhere to be found. I called the store to ask about the location of my order and to tell them about the run-in I had with the delivery driver, and the manager gave me an attitude and told me that the delivery driver already "told him what happened" so he was right to bring my food back. I asked him if he came back with the food, would it be too much to heat up the food and he raised his voice at me telling me that he was not going to remake the food, which is not what I asked of him. But I will most definitely never order from this location ever again and I will make sure no one who I know orders from this...

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MANAGER JUAN!!! First time ever ordering from them, normally order from another location. I received my order and the pizza was burnt and dry. I called to speak with manager to inform them of my dissatisfaction and instead of him apologizing he told me it is not his fault and that is the way the pizza comes. Never offered any type of resolution. He was very combative and spoke very fast like a slick salesman. He asked was this my first time ordering there and I replied yes and he basically told me to kick rocks. When I asked for his name he hesitate a few moments so I think it was a fictional name. I contacted the corporate office for additional assistance and filed a formal complaint. I really hope that call with "juan" was recorded. He needs an intense training in customer service. His job is to RESOLVE SITUATIONS NOT ESCALATE. HE probably couldn't...

I started back ordering at this location against my good sense and once again they disappointed me. I ordered on the app and wacthed the tracker then waited for an hour. I checked the tracker and it said that my order was of the oven at 8:26 pm I call and was on hold for 30 minutes. So while I was on hold I want to the store which is 4 blocks away. When I arrived at the store I heard phone ringing off the hook no one answering them. Finally someone I have cannot be helped the young lady was very nice but then I was insulted when she tried to give me the pizza that was sitting out of the oven for over an hour. At that point I asked for a full refund because I was not about to wait for another pizza to be made. So if you ever have a urge to have pizza for dinner. Just call Kings Pizza or go to Little Caesars on 125th I will never order anything from this...
