I had a fantastic experience at Red Star! Ordered the orange chicken, sesame chicken, and beef with broccoli, and all three dishes were absolutely amazing. The flavors were on point, portions were generous, and everything arrived hot and fresh.I've seen some negative reviews, but I think people might be missing the point. This is an authentic Chinese restaurant - if you're ordering plantains here, you're probably in the wrong place! Stick to their specialty dishes and you won't be disappointed.Also, there can be a bit of a language barrier since the staff's first language is Chinese, but a little patience goes a long way. Instead of getting frustrated on the phone, just speak clearly and politely explain any issues. They're actually quite helpful when you approach them with understanding.The food quality really speaks for itself - each dish was cooked perfectly and had great flavor. I just ordered from this place and the delivery man took a whole hour to bring my food. I called and complained and suggested that my price be lowered and the person on the phone said he couldn't do that. The issue was that the delivery man got lost. I clearly gave my address 2x and the guy still got lost. To make matters worse when the delivery man finally arrived he did not want to come to the door. He gestured for me to leave my building and go get the food. I was in my house clothes and THAT defeated the purpose of delivery. The point of delivery is for me not to leave my building! WTH MAN.! It's summer, I haven't eaten all day and now your telling me that I have to leave my building when I ordered delivery!. DON'T DOOOO NOOOT...

They got my order wrong. It was a simple order, and they even read it back to me: "C-2 Chicken Chow Mein Combination Platter." What I got was inedible, just a few pieces of chicken and a lot of onions, not a noodle to be found. I called the restaurant about it. I don't know if they couldn't understand me, but they hung up. I called the delivery guy, and he told me to call the restaurant. The pork fried rice that came with it was okay. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the delivery was quick, but I will not be ordering...
