I am so so so SO disappointed in this place! I saw there were great reviews and they had duck options which I usually don't come across in Thai places here.

To start, I placed my order online. Waited the designated amount the email gave plus some more minutes just in case. I arrive and the cashier tells me that the cook actually isn't in and that it was an accident when he accepted my order. Ok, fine, I wish he could have picked up the phone and told me it would be a longer wait. If a break happens in that time and an order goes through. Again, a phone call would have sufficed and saved a lot of trouble. I go to a nearby park to wait for the cook to get in and complete my order. About 20 mins later, I call to check and I'm told that my order was accidentally given away to another customer 🤦🏽‍♀️So i wait some more for them to make it again.

Second, the only good part of my meal was the Thai iced green tea. It was delicious, I could have a pitcher of that. I got calamari and duck with glass noodles. The calamari was soggy, not crispy and had a stale taste, only the sauce made it edible. As for the main dish, I was heartbroken, the duck was so so dry, i mean bone dry and cold. It tasted like it had been left out for days. The glass noodles underneath also dry and clumped together but at least they had flavor. That is until about 30 mins after my meal I ended up getting sick.

My complaint is about the store's attempt to add a tip, thinking it would go unnoticed. I normally just accept whatever they charge, which is typically higher than the menu price. Thought it was due to taxes and fees. But when I checked my receipt, I see they added a tip on their own. Now I see what they've been getting away with all this time when I'm swiping my card. He showed me one price, then the price changed after a couple of clicks on his side. I'm good off this restaurant now. They've probably spit in my food after I asked for...
