If I could give a 0 start I would. I’ve work in the food industry before so I get when you are busy and don’t have enough employees. My experience was horrible. I place an order through the app and everything is good easy as always. After I place my order after a little bit I see that my order say “complete” and I’m like huh that’s funny cause I’m not eating my pizza so where is it. So I proceed to call the store, they took a little bit to answer so I told the guy where is my pizza it says that it was completed but I don’t have it. He proceeds to tell me that the driver is on the way and I’m like ok but the order says it’s “complete” so I ask for the drivers number and he didn’t want to give it to me. He told me to wait that it will call. So I did. I check the location from the shop and see that the store it’s only 10 minutes away from where I live. So after that call 10 minutes went by so I call the store again… no answer… I call again and again and again no answer. I tell my husband to call and no answer. So after like 10 more minutes go by I finally get the same guy on the phone and at this point I pissed. He proceeds to tell me that it’s not his problem I’m like what do you mean it’s not your problem he hangs up on me and the driver call me 2 minutes later, and he’s over here giving me an attitude so I gave him an attitude back because what the hell. I get my pizza and it’s horrible. It’s salty and cold. The only decent thing was the bbq wings which were also cold but it was still good to eat. Never ordering...
Read moreSo I ordered Dominos delivery around 11:50 pm since that's when I came back from work. Around 12:15 am it says order was delivered. I didn't receive a call from the driver like usual, and there was nothing by the door, so I just thought the tracker was wrong like a few other times. Around 12 45 am get a call from the driver asking if I ordered Dominos, I said yes and to please leave it by the door. 5 minutes passes and nothing there. Called him again at 12 55 and he said he would deliver it soon. Around 30 minutes later still nothing and I tried calling the store but was put on hold for 20 minutes so gave up and tried to call the guy again, but he didn't pick up. This morning I got up and checked my doorbell camera to see if it was delivered and someone stole the food, but there was no delivery at all. I called the store and they said that they can't do anything about it since it was yesterday and it's not in the system anymore. He wouldnt even let me speak to the manager and said that corporate wouldn't be able to do anything either and that I can only call and dispute the charge with my bank. I ended up calling corporate anyway and they apologized and said they would immediately notify the local office of this and tell them to call me asap. It's been over a day and I've yet to receive a call from them. Super unprofessional and the largest pizza chain in the US doesn't have day old deliveries in their system and makes me dispute the charge with the bank. We originally ordered on 01/17, and our order arrived incorrect. We made a complaint, and it was all sorted fast and efficient. We were offered a replacement to confirm via email.
We confirmed this order for today, got a response from the Customer Care Manager Simran, that our order was 'confirmed'. Shock horror it got to 45 minutes after our order should have arrived and it was nowhere to be seen.
I called the store and I was met by the rudest manager I've ever spoken to, who originally hung up on me the first time after saying the issue wasn't in his store.
I called straight back to try and resolve the issue. It seemed like we were getting somewhere, he took details of our order, phone number and address, then all of a sudden shouted down the phone that it was the wrong store and that he couldn't deliver to my home. I asked for him to explain the situation, to where he just screamed down the phone 'we cannot do your order, it isn't our store' and hung up, again.
This is bordering on embarrassing now, for you and your whole team. I don't understand why it is so hard to run a replacement order for someone who you originally messed up for.
