0 stars, Upon delivery the Driver James called me saying he was downstairs. I have my 2 yr old with me now in the lobby of my building waiting for 10 minutes. I then call the driver, he says that the store policy is that they don't come to the building. Which is very hard for me to believe considering the fact I ALWAYS order from this same dominos and not once left my building to get the pizza the driver always come to my lobby and leave with a Tip, On top of that I have delivery instructions clear as day to call once in the lobby. I then call the store to ask about said policy and where can I find it on their website and when was it enacted since I was never denied getting my pizza to my lobby prior. The woman on the phone says that she's not aware of that policy, puts me on hold to speak to manager who hung up on me. I call back and speak to said Assistant Manager Beshoy, who was very very rude He refused to give me the store number or the corporate number and said that "you can find it online"! He then says that the store manager told them to tell customers that this is the policy and that he wasn't on shift when I placed my order that he didn't start his shift until 630pm and that I should call back tomorrow and speak to a M.D Zoy, I canceled the order. I feel discriminated against with this on the spot made up policy which I Truly feel was due to the current climate and the delivery driver on duty didn't want to get out in the Rain. I feel severely discriminated against and I am filing a complaint because if I lived in A house would this have happened to me and my hungry child?... I need answers about this policy...
Read moreUPDATE: STILL EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. THEY CALL YOU LIARS AND THEY HANG UP ON YOUR FACE. We called back the last time we ordered because they sent us the wrong pizza... the woman said that they are busy and it would take a long time to deliver the right pizza so she gave us credit for a Free pizza next time we order... 1 week later, I just called today and told the man working their that we had credit for 1 pizza. He starting YELLING at us saying we dont have any credit and the last time you ordered it said you only ordered this. I tried explaining that we got the wrong pizza and he just wouldnt have it. By the end of the call we got the pizza. (Which came wrong, AGAIN) . I told him on the phone i needed the delivery driver with change of 100$ bill , the delivery guy didnt have enough change. ( which is fine, he deserved the tip : ) The lava cakes..... were RAW. It was like flat, mushy batter. We try calling back once again and he is YELLING. Calling us liars. And refusing to help us. We asked for the manager (which we have Never done before). He REFUSED to give us the manager and eventually hangs up on our face. I wonder how some of these team members still have a job.
