This is the worst delivery service I have ever expirence. The customer service is the worst and the staff lack people skills. It’s almost like I was In the twilight zone. When the driver called and told me that he was outside I was under the impression that he made the call because he was unable to get through the downstairs door. I asked my neighbor from downstairs to open the door for me add not only was there no one at the door, there was no delivery driver on the block. After 15 minutes the delivery driver calls me again and I let him know that someone was downstairs waiting for him to come and he told me that he was not getting out of his car. Mind you delivery is almost 5 dollars here and so I was confused about what he meant when he said that he was not getting out of his vehicle. I called the store to let them know that the driver refused to step out of his car to actually deliver the pizza and the person who answered the phone hung up on me. When I called back to ask for a manager the same person told me that there was no manager there at the moment. What I asked for a refund the person hung up the phone on me again. I contacted corporate to find out what their policies were for delivery drivers and was told that the delivery driver should be delivering pizza to the persons listed address. if it was an address that they were unwilling to make a delivery to then I would have never been able to make the online order in the first place. This was definitely understood because in some areas when you put in your address online the pizza store will let you know that this is an area that they don’t deliver to but you can come pick it up, this was not the case. I literally paid a delivery fee of almost 5 dollars for a delivery driver to disrespect me and not step out of his vehicle, for another employee to disrespect me by hanging up in my face twice and to not even get the opportunity to speak with a manager to get my money refunded ( even though my bank will). I have two toddlers at home, I can not go downstairs in search of a delivery driver, that was the whole point of getting delivery pizza so that it can come to my front door. And even if I did not have toddlers I still wouldn’t get up to go outside to walk up to a dominoes car to get my pizza, I pay for the service of delivery so I expect my pizza to be delivered. Read moreThe delivery guy was extremely, EXTREMELY, rude! I live in a 24 floor apartment building. He called me to tell me he’s downstairs and told me to come down to pick up the food. And as soon as he did, I started to make my way down. By this time it’s 2 minutes in. He calls again and this time starts getting upset there’s no parking outside my building. I’m in the elevator. I tell him I’m almost there. I come outside, there’s plenty of parking outside my building. I call him back to figure out where he is, and he tells me “he’s driven up”. I see a guy in blue with a pizza box so I assume it’s him, I start approaching him. He starts YELLING at me in public in front of everyone how I SHOULD HAVE been downstairs WAITING FOR HIM because of the 2 minute text message warning - which I never got- and how there was no parking in front of my building. He’s actually getting mad at me for no parking in the city of Brooklyn. He continues yelling and venting. Clearly I understand he doesn’t even like this job and don’t understand why this place even hired a person like that. He has ZERO customer service skills. He needs to be FIRED asap. They do not follow the instructions you leave online and don't have the common sense to either ring the bell or call even though I left very simple instructions to call my cell-phone when the pizza had arrived. They blame you for their own shortcomings and will steal your money by refusing a refund and not delivering the food you ordered. This whole place is a scam and should be closed down. It is very disappointing and disgusting that Domino's has lost its morals and principles to allow such stores to operate. If a company does not value the very customers which have been supporting it, it does not deserve those customers and should cease to exist.
I ordered pizza online and left instructions in the "Special Instructions" box which said to "call me when downstairs". After waiting 3 hours, I called them to ask where the pizza was and they said that the driver came to my house and left because they couldn't not contact me even though my phone number was written on the damn pizza box.
