Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in New York

I never request delivery from this Dominos because they are by far one of the worst. Usually I order online and then go to pick it up since it's a few blocks from my house. Although the tracker said the order was completed, it was not even in the oven when I went to pick it up. First no one would attend the counter - even though there was a front area full of people either waiting to pick up or place orders. When people finally did feel like coming to the front to wait on customers, most of us were told our orders weren't ready or that the wait time could be anywhere from 20 min to an hour.

At one point, employees in the kitchen area could be heard cursing and fighting with each other - refusing to leave their stations to help expedite service. When I asked about my order, people walked away and left me waiting for at least 5 minutes - yelling to each other that they couldn't find it and another yelling "it's not my f-ing job to go put the wings in - people need to do their f-ing job."

After waiting another 5 minutes I had to ask for a refund. No one knew what was happening with the order - including the manager who looked completely unprepared or incapable of handling his staff. I was not the only person requesting a refund.

Of all the Dominos I've gone to, this one is BY FAR the LEAST professional one. People can often be heard cursing at each other and the staff almost ALWAYS hides in the back or pretends they're too busy at their stations to assist customers, forcing customers to shout out for help. On 2/11/19. I called to place an order as I would all the time. I told the person which I later found out was the Manager I think he said Kevin. He told me I can't order and pay with card and have someone else pick it up. I said ok but I'm at work in Manhattan and I need my kids to get something to eat. He said no I was like ok. I called back spoke to someone else who told me I could place the order online, which I had an account so it wasn't an issue. I placed the order online. Why did the Manager call me back like he was sitting just waiting for the order to call me and say he already told me I have to come in with my card and cancelled my order. Mr. Kevin the Manager you had nothing else to do but to watch my orders come in. So I called corporate and yes this is a corporate location and I asked about paying online with my card and been the one to pick it up. And I was told franchised location can ask for that or it can be change in policy but it's not restricted. Not sure if the money came off my card. But I sure did report him, he was rude and had no good customer Service experience. And I will be rating this store on every social media platform. Sometimes Kevin you can make a judgment call especially If this is something that I do all the time. Everything on the account is the same and the order are always the same. This is the reason your store did not use machines to take people's order they used human beings so they could make judgment calls. Now my children have to wait over 2 hrs from the initial order. first of all , for all you idiots who order on the weekends dead late at night expect a long wait time because this is bronx ny people love to eat late at night especially this food and because it is a busy franchise ok , I worked at this location before and I know how busy and how rude these customers get, plus the area is not a safe area so thats why dominos corporate ushered in a policy that customers has to come to the car of the driver because of incidents like a dominos driver being stabbed and robbed, I mean you customers live in this area you guys know the neighborhood well and some of us that worked here don't ,so do us and the whole domino staff a favor and stop complaining that you live 8 min away and you want an order for delivery , if you want food so bad walk ya lazy asses to the store if you live a few minutes away smh , oh frogot to mention the reason why it is always a long wait time because we have a screen with all the orders that we have to make and the orders supersede the staff there would be like 50 plus orders on the screen because people just order every minute so thats why, you want your food fast order earlier and thats it p.s I don't work for them anymore but I am defending them because I used too, you customers are so inconsiderate sometimes and you don't know how bad others are especially in carry out when we all are trying...
