Hi today I went to golden krust 3812 white plains road I was very disappointed at the service I received. This the first time I came this golden krust . Just got my nails and just come from work so was feeling hungry so I saw store so went in thair was a line that said if you beef patties and pastries line so this this cashier came in front of me and she didn't say anything so she started ringing customer who's going to plates of food and I was standing on the line where it says beef patties are pastries line. she just kept on ringing up people and staring at me instead of telling me that I should go on the line where the everybody's getting their plates of food to make my order of a beef patty with Coco bread. She just stared at me and then say anything while I just sat there online I was in the line it says beef patties or pastries Speedy line the cashier never spoke to me or not nothing to say anything to me I had a drink in my hand I just put the drink right back in the frigerator and left. As a personal policy, I do not write bad reviews and there is a lot to like about this Golden Crust store. Sadly the patties which I bought and the bun and cheese sandwich is not included in that. The store had a very modern, clean and attractive look. The lunch display was mouth-watering and made me wish to eat from each entree. The young man at the register was polite. However, for a restaurant that established itself as a “patty shop,” the crust was far from crispy and golden but was instead hard to bite into and the meat was not flavorful, neither the chicken or the beef. I was visiting my mom in NYC and bought bun and cheese to take back home for my wife. It was a disappoint to observe that the cheese which looked so appetizing covered approximately half of the sandwich.
