Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in New York

I highly recommend against ordering from this location unless you "think" you might be Hungry in 2+ hours.

I placed an order at 2:40. Estimated delivery time was 17-27 minutes. This dominos is about a 5 min drive and at most a 15 min walk from me. According to the online tracker my order was ready by 2:50, pending delivery. 3:20 there was no update so I called the store they hung up on me the first time. I called back the girl told me they were waiting for the driver, but I was next to have my delivery. They changed my estimated delivery time to 65-77mins. I was deciding to walk there but since she said I was next I decided to wait. I finally get an update that my driver was on the way at 3:39 (since 2:50). waiting waiting waiting 4:00 comes by nothing. You drive straight for 7 blocks and make a turn down 1 block. Why is it taking so long ? I called the store again I was told it’s on the way, oh really? I requested them to contact the driver because it’s been past acceptable. And the pizza was done within 10 mins of my order being placed based on the tracker. I’ve waited well over an hour for some guy to drive less than a mile. 4:10 comes by nothing. No driver. I ordered the pizza because it gave me an estimated time of under 30 mins. Realistically i understand there may be multiple orders they had to take care of at this time so i expected the pizza to arrive within 45 mins. I called the store again and was told by the girl that my order left the store more than half an hour ago.I canceled my order because it’s 4:20 by now. 5 mins later the driver shows up. I go to speak to him outside by his car. Since I cancelled my order I really just need to know why in Hell it took him an hour to driver several blocks. He didn’t even come out of his car lol. Ya know what I saw? A fresh Dunkin’ donut bag In his driver seat. Dunkin’ Donuts was a block up from me. So he stopped by Dunkin’ Donuts for over half an hour. When we mentioned we waited almost two hours, over an hour specifically for him to deliver it, he said “yea we are busy” busy stopping by Dunkin’ Donuts ? I don’t find the girl working in the store at fault since my pizza was done by 2:50. But from 2:50-4:20 I’ve been waiting for a driver to drive a couple blocks. I could have walked there. Hell, I could’ve drove to the next state and picked up pizza and be back before he made it to my place. Bottom line, find a new driver, but i would still never order...

Before I forget I have to say this dominos is horrible. I’ve been ordering from here for the past 4 years since it’s the closest dominos to me. Over the years it’s gotten worse and worse. I use to order from here weekly when it was good. The service here has gotten so bad, I rarely order from here. My most recent order was a couple days ago. I ordered $35 worth of food and the only good thing was the Sprite I ordered. The pizza and the chicken were cold. The chicken nuggets did not taste fresh neither did the pizza. To make it worse the pizza wasn’t even cut. Why have a slogan “delivered fresh and hot” when it’s not delivered fresh and hot. It would be understandable if this was the first time their service was trash but it wasn’t. The last few times I’ve ordered from here, something is always wrong. Also they never come up to your door, you will have to go out so good luck if you’re disabled, they take forever to deliver (it’s a miracle if you get your food fast or on time and they never ever get your sauces right. You could put ranch, call them to make sure it’s ranch and even ask the deliver guy to make sure who will say yes and it still won’t be ranch (true story, the pizza guy had a whole attitude about it). To get to the point: DON’T BOTHER ORDERING FROM HERE. IF YOU DO, HAVE LOW EXPECTATIONS. I’m never ordering from here again, even if I have to travel far to...

Ordered a Medium (12") Hand Tossed Pizza $7.64 Garlic Dipping Cup $0.75 32-Piece Parmesan Bread Bites $6.99 Cinnamon Bread Twists Options icing $6.99. Food arrived cold, Missed the icing and garlic dip ( that they charged for) Called them, spoke with a woman with Indian accent. She said she'll put new order in, we'll be delivered. Asked if she has info, address, phone number, she said she does ( gave her order # so she looked it up) Nothing came. Called back just now before writing this review. Another Indian woman who doesn't even let me talk, keeps interrupting with her very broken English, but I understood that she wasn't there yesterday so call back after 6. I'm glad calls are recorded. Lovely customer service with order and on the phone.

Edit: So I called back after 6. Explained what happened. They put me on hold then hung up. Called back, hung up right away. Called back, another Indian woman said she wasn't the one I spoke with, she didn't hang up. She just stuttered, and has broken English as everyone else there. Asked to speak with manager. She said she's on her way, she'll be there after 9. So it takes her over 2.5 hrs to get to work? Okay... I'll call back after 9. We'll see what happens then. Called back bunch of times. Got nowhere. Apparently there is a manager there who has no name, never arrives, never calls and noone can do...
