The staff could do so much better with their attitudes and how they function. I try not to go here because most of the items suck at this location. Seems like they never have almond milk ☹
One time I ordered a breakfast sandwich and also ordered the snack bacon through the mobile app - not only they got my order wrong, the girl asked me what else what I was waiting for. Told her I was waiting for the bacon that I ordered.
This dummy heats up the bacon that goes on sandwiches and puts it in the bacon which saturated the bag with grease. It wasn't even worth going back to the store.

It does not make sense to only have two people working with that many customers. They need more STAFF. I was on line for 25 mins just for coffee and a donut and the donut was VERY DRY. The manager (the guy who is always cooking the food) seems overworked and out of it. He tries, but you need STAFF. I have been to other DD and really, this one is the worst. I will no longer support this store and go elsewhere. If they do not get it together, it will be...
