Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

This morning (2/24/19) I visited this location for a morning coffee and breakfast sandwich. Although the service I received was ok the experience was unflattering. As I placed my order with a young lady (appeared to be of Indian decent with tattoos on her wrist) at the counter she continued a conversation with a male coworker. Keep in mind it was approximately 6:30am on a Sunday morning she was describing her drinking binge the night prior. All the while going on about “taking shots on Hennessy”. If that wasn’t unflattering enough she then described in depth how she attempted to make herself puke(vomit) and she was unsuccessful so she still felt the urges to throw up. This is not something anyone wants to hear especially while eating. At this point in time I made eye contact with the two employees making them aware the conversation was obviously inappropriate however she had no affect and continued. As I looked around the store everyone had a look of disgust and shook there heads because it was apparent she was not being discreet. The entire store could hear her disgusting conversation.

This is not the first time I’ve experienced bad service or inappropriate behavior by this same employee which is why I decided to publicly address...

I got hash browns for my kids along with other stuff... I had waited more then 10 mins for someone to even start the order because they didnt pay attention and started making somebody else's order before me. Then they were giving me pre made hash browns the one they kept it under heat so they had became so hard. I told the lady that these are for my kids please do not give me these because they are hard since being under the heat crispiness is more then what it should be and that had made them very hard. It will be hard for kids to eat. Finally she she started making them (like after she made 5 different orders before mine) whatever time she had to put when it was almost done she added another 48 seconds and when it was done it had became so hard because they were over done!! Same thing happened to them what had happened to the ones under the heat for so long! I told the lady that its burnt and overdone and I told u that it's for my kids but her reply was no it's not burnt and they were in the freezer so that's why I had to do it more. It's not overdone. I had almost waited for the whole order 25-30 mins so I didnt wanna want any longer at that point I just took it from them and came out!! But very...

Came here to get some donuts. One of the staff members forgot to put her mask on so she was reminded to go put it on by another staff member. Totally fine because she complied. She came back out and was about to begin packing my donuts. However she didn’t have gloves on. So I asked her if she can put on some gloves. The staff member who had told her to put on the mask, had the audacity to ask, “if it will make you happy”. Excuse me? Even BEFORE Covid, as a good service, aren’t you REQUIRED to wear gloves to handle food? I had no clue how to respond from his question. Like ????? Nah I’m cool. just touch all the donuts after touching the money and all that (sarcasm just in case you could not tell.) I should NOT be telling someone working in the food industry and directly handling food to put on gloves. This HAS to be a health violation.

My order was wrong too but my main concern was the staff member asking if putting on gloves “would make me happy” as if he was doing...
